I walked into Virlees on Dec 30th, a Saturday morning. Two customers in the store, two sales associates. As soon as I walked in one sales guy called for a third sales guy to come out on the floor. I assumed this guy was being summoned to help me. Nope. 1 guy was chatting with a local about small town gossip. 2 other sales guys helped a customer looking at Stacattos. I leaned up against their counter for 30 minutes without ever even being acknowledged. Not even a hello or head nodI am no stranger to leanin' on a gun counter and waiting for help. I get it, start to finish its a long process. But no firearm was being purchased by any customer when I was there. Theres no reason a simple "we will get to soon" couldnt have been said.I am giving 2 stars for the previous business they have helped me with and I still hate Cabelas more. I will not be back to Virlees anytime soon. Waste of my time

Wow, what an incredible place. These folks are 100% legit the best firearms dealer in the state. High-end guns, High-end optics, High-end crossbows. Yet all at very affordable prices. They have been able to get some old guns working and shooting, thanks to their on-site gun smith shop.

Ordered a very hard to get rifle for my husband's birthday. Took almost a year for one to come in, but I got a call immediately. Very happy with the service. Staff was great. Will definitely check with them for future purchases. Definitely recommend.

This the Best gun store in the green bay area. Will not go anywhere else. Who ever does the facebook page and messages take a bow. Fantastic job!! All others gun store swindlers visit virlee and take notes.

This is by far the best firearms store that I have visited. I came in looking for a Staccato and boy was I not disappointed. They had many options to choose from. I selected a P optics ready. As I was getting ready to go through the back ground check and pay the awesome person helping, me sorry forgot to ask for his name mentioned he has some staccatos on consignment. I have been really wanting to get the XC and to my amazement he had one that looked barley used at a fantastic price. 15 mins later I was walking out with my new toy smiling ear to ear. If you need a firearm this is the place to go so many options at prices that are so reasonable. Kudos Virlee Gunworks.

Took a group here for some fun at the range. I worked Ally via email to set up everything ahead of time, she had ammo, rentals ready, and worked with me on pricing. When we arrived The whole staff walked the new shooters through some basics and then John & Isaiah proceeded to stick with us throughout our 2 hours at the range. The group had a blast and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely going above and beyond to make this a fun experience for everyone.

Built my 1st AR with the help of Casey . They even took care of the head spacing. Every question I had was answered promptly and accurately. Well done . First rate after dealing with the big box local store in the Emerald city
