Worst dealer in ne Wis.dont ask for warranty service or repair they dont have one mechanic thats any good and the service dept. discriminates and please make sure to stay away from Ashley brought grapple in 5 times for repairs and never got it fixed customers please buy elsewhere!!! And dont deal with Ashley !! Please use anyone but all service motor dealer

I Bought a used 2014 BX1870 from Lee at Service Motor Company. Great experience! Lee worked hard to make my transaction go smoothly and quickly. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend the team at Service Motor Co. I felt like an important customer even though I was buying the least expensive tractor on the lot.

Bought a new tractor and had a significant hydraulic leak in the first week after delivery. Called Scott in the Service Department, and had a mechanic at my house before the end of the day. Thor, the mechanic, immediately identified and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Scott, Thor and my salesman Lee have been amazing!!!! Glad I chose an orange tractor from Service Motor Company.

Kevin Sommer and the crew at New Frankenstein made this an enjoyable experience. They listened to understand my needs and applications. They didn’t sell! They provided information!They exceeded expectations and did everything they said they were going to do! I love my L Grand 6060! People who are true to their word! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
