I leased 2 units from Metzler. When the owner Dan managed it we were very pleased. After his son took over, he would not return any phone call or refund our deposit. We made several attempts for the refund but the son would never respond. I would not recommend leasing from him.

there were no instructions on what to do when I arrived to pickup the trailer. There was nobody working at the location so I took the trailer, used it and returned it. Then I received a call from Uhaul a couple days later asking if I still needed to rent the trailer.....
I left messages in the Uhaul app letting them know I had taken the trailer and returned it, no response was received..... Not a good experience. I was honest and paid for the rental when i could have just told them I didn't need the rental anymore and they would have had no idea that I used the trailer.

They never gave back my $200 security deposit with no reason why. I left messages, but never a returned call.

Moved out of the storage unit May of 2023 and STILL WAITING on getting our security deposit back. Talked to Michael in July and gave the story about his father, which I saw on a previous post, however still have not received the deposit and now when call the mailbox is full and cannot leave a message.
