I think this is best place to get a personal trainer. The trainer, Ryan , is knowledgeable, dedicated and I was really like talking to him when we were training, for some reasons he seems little off in messaging though. I literally saw difference in my body after only 6 sessions. His rates also lower than most. I dont think you will regret going with him. Highly recommend this place.

I went to Ryan after working with another trainer for 7 weeks and only losing 2lbs. I still wanted to lose about 10. He said he could definitely get me down 5lbs in 6 weeks. I was down 5.5lbs in 4 weeks and 8.5 after 6. Just do what he tells you to do. :)

I started working with Ryan with no idea how to begin working out. Ryan is awesome!I have a history of anorexia and had a cardio obsession. After recovery I feared working out and had no idea how to tone and lose weight in a healthy way. Doing this program was one of the best things I’ve done. He answers any questions you have, and completely sets you up for success. It’s very clear he has a degree in this and knows what he is doing. The atmosphere is very healthy, comfortable, and helpful. He helps set realistic goals and has detailed plans to help you meet them!He will push you to do your absolute best, therefor getting some real results.

Ryan is a great trainer and coach. He challenges me but finds workarounds when needed. He checks my form so I never have to worry about being injured. The weight training has definitely made me stronger and it's exciting to see how my body is transforming through this process. I highly recommend his training plan.

Ryan has been instrumental in my recovery from hip surgery. I greatly enjoy my sessions and know that I am much further ahead than I would be without them. I am challenged and encouraged and would highly recommend him to people of all fitness levels.

Ryan is awesome! I’ve been working with him now for 6+ weeks and am feeling so much stronger than when I started, which is what’s most important to me. I feel very comfortable training with him and appreciate the amount of knowledge he has when guiding me through each exercise. Strongly recommend getting your journey started at WPF!

I’ve been working with Ryan for a few months now. Ryan gives you everything you need to be successful! Fitness & Nutrition tools…Ryan is super knowledgeable in both & is a constant resource. It’s nice to have a mindless workout program..just show up & get to work! I would never have the growth I’ve had at home or without a trainer as dedicated as Ryan!

I started working with Ryan with very little experience with fitness and exercise. He was great to work with and always provided a variety of workout routines based on my current abilities but pushing toward increased strength, coordination and flexibility. While working with Ryan, I lost weight, gained strength and was able to wean off high blood pressure medication. I’m so grateful to Ryan for sharing his expertise and actually making exercise fun!

My doctor recommended I start weight training to improve my bone density. I hired Ryan to help me with this. I can honestly say that I have no regrets and my bone density has improved greatly. I turn 70 this year and I feel great. I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience.

I have been training with Ryan for almost 3 months now and can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I made on my fitness journey. He gives you all the tools you need to flourish including a full nutrition and workout plan customizable to your needs. He is not a quick fix so sign up when you're ready to put in the work for long lasting results. Glad I did and loving the results so far. Not to mention my mobility has greatly improved since working with him. I couldn't recommend Ryan more. If you're considering him, don't hesitate, those slots fill up fast because he's that good.

Ryan has been an absolutely amazing trainer so far. He sets you up for success by providing a nutrional guide, at home workouts/stretches, and daily reminders to keep you on track. The workouts are hard, but the results are worth it! I'm happy to have found a trainer that is knowledgeable about what actually gets the results you want and genuinely cares about the success of his clients. I'd recommend him to anyone and plan on being a client of his for a long time.
