I went to Ryan after working with another trainer for 7 weeks and only losing 2lbs. I still wanted to lose about 10. He said he could definitely get me down 5lbs in 6 weeks. I was down 5.5lbs in 4 weeks and 8.5 after 6. Just do what he tells you to do. :)

Ryan is a great trainer and coach. He challenges me but finds workarounds when needed. He checks my form so I never have to worry about being injured. The weight training has definitely made me stronger and it's exciting to see how my body is transforming through this process. I highly recommend his training plan.

Ryan has been instrumental in my recovery from hip surgery. I greatly enjoy my sessions and know that I am much further ahead than I would be without them. I am challenged and encouraged and would highly recommend him to people of all fitness levels.
