Recently opened a new checking account with this branch and it’s been nothing but a disaster. The tellers are slow and rude, can’t cash a check over $500.00. Stay away from Wells Fargo!

Wells Fargo has been a nightmare to deal with since the sudden loss of my father in June, and this branch just gave a prime example of piss poor customer service that inspired me to leave this review.WF froze my Dad's checking account, with nearly a $50k balance, after he passed. This terminated his autopay on his WE Energies and mortgage, although his account had available funds for ~26 bill pay cycles. *They even clawed back his mortgage payment that automatically went out just days after he passed.* His autopay had been setup and running for years.His house was cut off from power in October and his mortgage is now in Foreclosure. It has taken months to get the paperwork they require from the courts, even with a fancy attorney.The swarmy guy who literally came out from his cubicle and asked me, "How can I help you?" on Friday, literally sent me away because there was *only* 90 minutes left before the business closed and he "didn't want to bother back office management" whose involvement is needed to close out accounts.These guys have single handedly destroyed my Dad's credit, forced his home into foreclosure and had power cut from his home simply because my Dad is no longer living to set them straight.In my 45 minutes prior to arriving at WF, I set up his estate's checking account at my bank and *also* closed his savings account at a different bank. He had 90 minutes. He clearly just didn't want to help.This smirky clown had the audacity to turn me away without even giving me the courtesy to look at the court orders in my hand. He instructed me to, instead, schedule an 'appointment' on their app that didn't have any availability until 1/09, another *26 days* away. He even refused to help me see if any of the other branches in the area could help me close out his account before the close of the day. Seriously... How did he even have the audacity to ask me, "How can I help you?"WF may be a decent bank for businesses.I can say, with absolute certainty, that they are the bottom of the barrel as far as banking needs for the individual American customer. My Dad banked with WF for over a decade, and I am absolutely certain that he is devastated about how many unnecessary problems WF made after his sudden passing.

Sunita is the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a banking situation. If I could give a 0 rating I would! I will be closing my multiples of accounts TODAY, after a 7 year banking history and north of $10M in deposits. They are truly awful ar this branch. I recommend you bank literally ANYWHERE else.

Recently I had a terrible experience at this Wells Fargo Bank. On September 11th, I went there for a wire transfer. A phone call is always needed to the Wells Fargo online fraud rep. to receive a code in order to complete the wire transfer.During the phone call, due to the background noise, I didn’t clearly hear question (for security check purpose) asked by the online fraud representative. I asked her to repeat, and she seemed to be impatient. When I asked her again, the online fraud rep lady started to yell at me over the phone. I felt really shocked at her sudden yelling and the local banker helped me file a complaint to the online rep.I am really disappointed about the ‘rude’ and unprofessional attitude of the online fraud rep. to its loyal customer.

Amazing experience today at the New Berlin location. My 4 year old son wanted to take his piggy bank in and exchange the coins. Well, turns out they don’t have coin counters anymore but Arissa (a banker) came around the counter and grabbed the piggy bank and made it happen! They even kept counting after 12pm closing time. This type of customer service is really special, and Arissa went above and beyond for us. Thanks!

The planet is sacred and Wells Fargo should not be financing climate change. As one of the largest funders of fossil fuels like coal, oil and natural gas, Wells Fargo is contradicting the teaching of Pope Francis. He tells us to protect humanity from the effects of climate change, not profit off of it like Wells Fargo. We continue to pray that Wells Fargo employees rise up and demand that their corporate headquarters stop investing in destruction.

I am extremely frustrated with this bank! Noone is ever available by phone, they advertise lobby hours yet they are only drive thru. This business is still operating as if we were in the early days of the pandemic. Require masks, vaccinesm whatever but Resume as normal already! As soon as I am able I am transferring my account to another bank. I can´t do it fast enough!
