Not ok, always behind, never on time, sell you meds you don’t want. Basic skills of staff severely lacking. Meds not in house. HAVE YOUR MEDS TRANSFERRED SOMEONE ELSE.Just when i thought this place could not possible get any worse. Closed at 815 pm pharmacy doors closed. No alerts no signs no internet postings must find out by wasting your and your families time money and resources by stopping in. Im taking anti rejection meds for my new heart, migraine medication and diabetes medication and devices so walgreens always always screwing up is dangerous and life threatening for me. I sincerely hope someone or some agency can shut this place down permanently. This place is garbage. .

Three visits to the pharmacy and, although the staff was friendly and efficient, due to understaffing there was a long wait each time. They also seem to often be short of supplies.

I was waiting in the drive through line to pick up prescriptions for my wife. It took 30 minutes per car to get through the line. They have one person dedicated to the drive through window. So, it isn't as if they are taking care of others in the store. Unbelievable. Trained snails would move faster.

Prescriptions are never ready when they tell you. I’ve always had to wait - even if the online portal says ready or I call and they tell me a time, I still always wait around 20 minutes once I get to the store. Not convenient.

1:40pm on a Thursday and the entire pharmacy is shut down because no pharmacist is on duty. Meanwhile I can’t get a prescription for my sick child or even call to have it picked up at another pharmacy. Complete incompetence. The saddest part is that this is a regular thing. I’m switching to CVS.

Where do I begin first if I could give no stars I would. I’ve been having a lot problems here the last couple of months. I don’t know what’s going on here but I’ll not be going back the people in pharmacy and store manager Linda needs to be fired . I asked for a medicine over the counter for numbing cream I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting to ask because the one the doctor ordered wasn’t covered by insurance finally I get someone she looks it up I asked several times was this for the certain area that I needed she said yes and was rude wanting to get me off the phone I told her I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes you could give me a minute to listen she quoted a price of 10.00 so I go there find out it’s not for that area that I needed . but the one that needed was 23. So I asked the young man helping me if I can have it for the price that was quoted but was for NOT for the area I needed. he said we can ask the manager Linda she was rude and loud she kept interrupting me not listening we went back to the window of the pharmacy to talk PRIVATE I took both medication with me I started to explain with Linda interrupting me so the women with blonde hair she just got back from vacation she said. She looked up the medication that wasn’t covered so she knew what I needed for I didn’t get her name I explained she the pharmacist said well you are going to put it on the outside I was shocked I said it’s a possibly that it could go inside not meant for inside of your body then Linda said loudly with a line of people said the name of the private area I needed for . I said well Linda thank you now everyone knows my problem privacy was NOT respected by both then Linda said you yelling isn’t going to help you then I said you interrupting and not listening isn’t helping you so they gave me discount on the Correct medicine both were rude and shouldn’t be working with the public at all !!!!! I really didn’t want to put the problem in review this could have been a big mistake to give me the wrong medicine and Linda and pharmacist should be fired . Also my prescription were not being ready taking days to refill . I have switched pharmacy to Greenfield Rd now they have it together.

I won’t take the time to write about our poor experience as I seem to not be the only one who had one. Any other Walgreens but this one will suffice!

If you’re looking for incompetency this is the place. The slugs that work here are absolutely the worst. Don’t waste your time here, go to CVS or a different Walgreens

Another Walgreens stop for me. The cashier was quite friendly, and and the store was clean. While there were multiple staff around, the flood crew never asked if I needed assistance despite the fact that I circled and stood next to a locked cabinet. The bathrooms also need improvement.

I bought something for delivery a few days ago. Used a code. Tried to use the same code today and it wouldn’t add it. It says right on the ACTUAL product page that it qualifies and tells you to add the coupon. Come to the store, checkout person can’t help me, another person (this person was actually helpful) asks the manager, and manager says it must be an exclusion and it’s out of their hands. This is something I buy every week. I ordered on Amazon today, and picked up some from Walmart until tomorrow. Both were cheaper.

This walgreens was good 15 years ago. Problem Started for me 2 years ago. Same prescription. they say it's ready it's not.they say never got it or out of stock . They deleted my prescription couple times. Mishandling of a controlled substance.This happens every month. They're rude, argumentative and lie. I'd give half a star if I could. Going to another pharmacy

Somethings seriously wrong with the pharmacy workers here. Suspicious activity. They give excuse after excuse about why my prescription is not ready. Here are some of the excuses:It was deleted.It is out of stock.Yr doctor has to authorize it (even tho they had the recent paper prescription).The pharmacist did not take it out of storage.The pharmacist did not put it into the queue.I'm sorry I don't know what happened to your prescription so your doctor needs to call in a new prescription.It's ready for pickup and then it's not ready when I get there, told to come back later then it's still not ready or I'm given another set of excuses.They shorten my prescription aftery doctor called in a specific amount and it's not bcuz of shortage and I'm told to cally doctor for a new prescription.And on and on....
