The store is NOT a Verizon corporate store! This company is a "autho vendor! They pay their salespeople $0/hr... 100% commission - give 0 days off (vacation/sick time) for the first whole year! (can barely get off for Dr/dentist appointments! Holds any commission hostage for 6 weeks before they are even paid out for any sales they did make! Terrible company to work for... unbelievable that this type of company is even legal! Will NEVER support such a crooked company! Do not go! Find a Cooperate Verizon store instead!

My daughter Jessica & myself Doug Hoskins stopped at the new Berlin store and were greeted by Ron Baker. Mr Baker was very congenial, knowledgeable & patient with us. I'm not very computer literate & Mr Baker took the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new phone & am very happy I did! It took Ron about an hour to transfer my data because my old phone was so overfull & screwed up. It was a VERY positive experience. Ron called me a week later to see how I was doing with my new phone, which I appreciated. Great customer service! Great employee!

Had the most wonderful experience at this particular Verizon store! They were so helpful and knowledgeable and able to explain our plan Plus followed up with a phone call and text message to see how we all were enjoying our four phones and the new plan. The first bill is a little higher but can’t wait to see the few next ones because they’re going to be lower! I would definitely recommend this store to every Verizon user out there !!!!!!

What a horrible experience. We sat for three hours as we moved to Verizon. It then took three days to get my phone correctly set up. Each day they never called me to see if things had been fixed and it was up to me to remind them to fix the problems. We have many credit cards but “none of them worked” so we had to use our debit card. What a devious way to cut back on their costs. Then they used nebulous terminology to add charges. Our monthly bill actually will go up contrary to what we expected. A final slap in the face was when I asked for a charger as a courtesy for the three long hours we spent there-our sales rep said his manager had to approve and we NEVER heard back from him even after repeated requests. I’d be afraid to go back there.

Zhabar was a great help when I came in! He greeted me at the door, was kind, personable, and helped me put on my screen protector! I will definitely be going to him when I upgrade my phone.

Our family is growing and so is our need for services. I believe one employee can make or break a store. Andrew N helped my wife and I today and showed the utmost professionalism and knowledge in the field. Add a friendly demeanor that made our visit enjoyable as well. 2 hours I waited, my employee did return one of the business phone ,so I shout it off and went to get a new phone with the same number. Google pixel for $300 ok ill take it . 2 hours it toke for them to turn around and tell me the phone was $600 and no exchange. Can we say bate and switch. Will never go to this Verizon store again.
