I really enjoyed the gym itself but the customer service and billing is an absolute nightmare. I upgraded my membership and apparently the additional $15 would not come out with my normal membership, but a week later. When they tried to take it out it wasn't there and there was a $25 fee. I never really dispute late charges, I'm a fan of taking responsibility for what is owed. However there was a misunderstanding so I did ask for this one to get waived. Vasas policy is they will waive one, once a year. I have never had one waived so this should not have been an issue. I had the front desk people put in the request to waive it, with note of the situation. I received an email 3 days later about not being able to reverse my upgrade. I responded that I was not looking for my upgrade to be reversed, but for the $25 fee to be waived. The next day the $15 upgrade and $25 dollars was taken out of my account. I decided to call and wait 40 minutes to speak to someone only for them to tell me they couldn't do anything, but if i ever get the fee again they will waive it then. So I cancelled. Still they did nothing. Honestly, even a small revive credit would have kept me, but Vasa proved to me that they do not value their members, not even a little bit. When you are at Vasa you are just another number. It sucks because I enjoyed the gym a lot, but the lack of ownership for their mess up(lack of communication), and the lack of value I was shown was enough for me. If your are human and ever make a mistake or misunderstand billing, Vasa may not be the gym for you

I was met by Mr. Chris because of him I joined. He gave a well informed tour and his customer service was immaculate. Love it so far.

Wifi was down then power went out on the FIRST day of my membership. They need to have a capacity limit, the amount of people inside was insane plus 5 people sitting in lines waiting for equipment. Don’t get me started on the women’s bathroom, yuck. The parking lot is terrible. BEWARE, read the fine print!!! you are signing a 6 month contract with the gym, they will charge a big cancellation fee if done so before then.

Very dirty mens locker room. People using locker room as a hang out. Obnoxious music. Pool too small. No thanks.

I am absolutely outraged and feel it's my duty to call out this gym for their atrocious service. Two years ago, they falsely assured me that my account was cancelled, yet, shockingly, they continued to charge $9.99 from my account every single month for two years! When my family finally discovered this unacceptable error, the gym had the audacity to demand an additional $90 to "cancel" my account again--a process I was led to believe had already been completed. What's more, attempting to reach any form of management, whether directly at the gym or via phone, turned out to be a complete waste of time. Their customer service is a joke. My frustration is through the roof, and I pledge to make sure everyone I know is aware of this nightmare. I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be their next target. This gym is unequivocally the absolute worst.

Don’t bother showing up to the front desk thinking you can sign up for the free trial. The girl working was beyond useless and you could tell hates they fact she has to stand there and act like she’s helping

You will feel VASA is very nice gym first. It out of your mind after you often stay in the pool area.More and more members’ action are very rude and disgusting recently. They don’t follow pool area policy and dress code. No shower before jump into the pool and hot tub.Jumping into the pool after sauna with sweaty.Jumping into the pool and hot tub with regular clothes even regular shoes and regular hat.All that happens showed in front me. I feel very uncomfortable. They pollution the water . They are cutting my benefits. I pay membership fee monthly. This is VASA’s responsibility to keep clean and safe water for all members. Some members pay $9.99/month to use pool area. They are doing cheating. They are so cheap.I suggest VASA at least send email twice a month to all members to remind them follow all policy in pool area . This is VASA’s responsibility to educate all members to follow all rules in pool area. Some members really need more education about the pool area.

Leaving a low review so people stop showing up. This gym is crowded enough. Needs a capEdit: the place has gotten very dirty. Bathrooms are nasty. Gum in the sauna. Machines with broken/missing parts. They have a front door thats been broken for two months. The only nice thing is that its open late
