The gentleman that works in this location is possibly the rudest most unpleasant miserable postal employee ever. I have boycotted this location for nearly two years, tried it today in hope he’s finally found happiness and retired, alas not. Avoid at all costs.

Really rude employees, for absolutely no reason. Not sure if they hate their jobs, or just people in general. Never have a good encounter, even though I typically am in and out.

Pkgs & mail never reached destination! THE TRACKING # ON RECEIPT SAYS, "delivered to agent" 5 days ago!! Is it still in the postal truck? Why pay extra 4 tracking? Never again! DELIVER IT, WILL U? Forget ? b/c ur on hold for over 1/2 hr!

Passing through New Berlin and I remembered that I needed some special stamps. The employee was pleasant and helpful with the ones that I was looking for. This location is spacious and well laid out.

When I need to go into a post office, I often find myself driving to New Berlin because I've had such nice experiences with the staff here. Notably better than other locations I've visited in the past.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Sometimes there’s a line, but rarely as long as anywhere else, and the ladies are always smiling and sweet.

Terrible service, the old clerk, Dan, is very snotty, he acts like a trashy mcdonalds employee. you work at a post office buddy lower your ego.

This post office has been good to me. I deliver many packages daily and this post office lets me unload packages at the dock instead of walking in and out 20 times. Staff have always been friendly to me I've never had an issue like the other commenters here. Also haven’t had any packages go missing that I dropped off here so I’ll continue to come here.

Letter and standard package delivery is good enough. The problem is with signature required items. Was in the house and post worker never knock the door or ring the bell. There was a car outside that suggest there is a good chance someone was inside, and whoever it was, simply left the not available note in the mailbox by default.And then they ask why people instead of backing them up, end with UPS, FedEx or any other that would actually ring that bell.

Really terrible post office. They Have lost several pieces of mail on me. Just recently I sent one parcel without a tracking number on Jan 30th. New employee processed it. Package Didn't arrive by 2/6. That's 7 days for paper package to go from New Berlin to MKE!!! Ridiculous. Called post office. Rude male employee screamed at me that it was probably destination that screwed things up. Not new post office employee. He proceeded to tell me that without a trace # I can't rely on the piece getting to its destination. Apparently you must spend 10 bucks to ensure something can be delivered a few miles away. I asked what recourse are. Yelled at me he spent enough time on my issue. He doesn't know and it's not his problem. Awful service. I think if you are giving a customer bad news....be respectful and not horrible!
