I had such a great experience at the post office thanks to Carmen! She was incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented while helping me with my passport application. Disgusting behavior by the clerk, Dan. He made a sexual innuendo towards a girl who appeared underage saying, “I can tell you what to do with it. You won’t like it, but I can tell you what to do.” The poor girl looked so uncomfortable and defeated walking out holding her head down. This is not the first time I have witnessed him be inappropriate, and he’s always rude, talking over customers including myself. How many times does someone have to be reported? Call was made to the hotline on my receipt about this incident.

It was our first time visit for our kid’s passport. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was not crowded but you can see the people coming all the time. We had to get the photos from Walgreens since the camera at the post office was not functioning. It was communicated to us very late. It should have communicated to the customers ahead of the time to avoid last minute delays. Overall it was a good experience without any problems or delays.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I sent something priority mail express which was guaranteed by 6pm the following evening. It was supposed to go to florida and it got all the way to milwaukee. When I went to get my refund, Dan told me it was too late and I had only 30 days to get my refund, but when I called him, he told me 60 days. I understand why people go postal. He downright lied to me and said he didn't remember even though I could tell him exactly when I had called him i'd asked about.this.. Don't bother paying for priority mai express. .It will NOT be delivered on time and you'll just be out of money.

So I went in cuz I had some issues with some shipping stuff and they were super helpful and help me get my packages I love this usps location the other employees were very responsive friendly and nice

I have a postal carrier that leaves my mailbox open 90% of the time. It’s not that difficult to close the box

I miss this post office. The North Shore post office has a supervisor that should be terminated for unprofessional behavior, and if this wasn’t so far, I’d only come here.
They never close early, they’re always friendly, they ask how work is or how your week is going.

Went into here to send a package and I haven't really sent packages before and guy behind counter was really rude and making fun of me because I didn't know what I needed to send off the package. Very poor service and needs to be looked into.

The gentleman that works in this location is possibly the rudest most unpleasant miserable postal employee ever. I have boycotted this location for nearly two years, tried it today in hope he’s finally found happiness and retired, alas not. Avoid at all costs.

Really rude employees, for absolutely no reason. Not sure if they hate their jobs, or just people in general. Never have a good encounter, even though I typically am in and out.

Pkgs & mail never reached destination! THE TRACKING # ON RECEIPT SAYS, "delivered to agent" 5 days ago!! Is it still in the postal truck? Why pay extra 4 tracking? Never again! DELIVER IT, WILL U? Forget ? b/c ur on hold for over 1/2 hr!
