Wilson and his team have gone above and beyond in helping my elderly mother with her banking needs. I HIGHLY recommend this bank.

I went to my local branch on a Friday at 1pm to withdraw $200,000 from my money market account to put into my business payroll account. The teller told me that she could not give me my money because she would need a manager’s approval and the managers only work a half day on Friday. I saw only two employees in the bank (2 tellers). The teller tried to make phone calls for twenty minutes finding a resolution and could not. I am furious that they decide if and when I can have my money.

This location is convinent for getting cash on the way back from the grocery store. The ATM now allows you to select how many $50 bills you want and if you want smaller denominations. I never went inside even before the pandemic since the electronic banking is free and convinent. The branch should assign someone to police the property for litter. It is looking trashy right now.

I understand no lobby service, but drive through hours from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm seems ridiculous!

The drive-through ATM at this bank gives 20s and 50s. Many businesses do not accept 50 dollar bills, so if I use the ATM after hours or on weekends, I have to go to a grocery store to exchange the 50s for smaller bills. Very inconvenient.

We use US Bank for our personal and business. One thing learned from them is they are just after making money off you. Bad service and will just rip offs. Will be switching banks as soon as I can

I didn't like that a teller treated me like I was stupid. I made a deposit via the drive through. I was only depositing some cash. I didn't have a deposit slip so prior to leaving the house I wrote all the necessary info a piece of paper. After sending the money through, the teller sent back a deposit slip and said "I need you fill out a deposit slip because it needs your handwriting". I have no problem filing out the slip, but what I do have a problem with is knowing the hand writing claim is complete BS. I asked her "Well, what if my mother was depositing it for me, you wouldn't put the money in my account because it's not my handwriting?" Her response. "I'm sorry, I should have worded it better. It can't have our handwriting on it" ok... This is complete BS as well. There is no department or company monitoring and learning employee handwriting in case they fill out a slip for a customer. Just be honest and say "Sorry, we can only accept our deposit slips, would you mind filing out the one I sent back?". I know the teller just didn't want to do it and I probably annoyed her with my homemade slip, but that's no reason to BS me. Keep in mind no money was being taken out, this was a straight deposit, no account signatures required. It probably sounds petty of me, but with how much money banks make off my money they better treat me with a little more respect than this. Just be straight forward and honest. Sometimes your customers are more intelligent than you think.
