I had 2 custom rings done by Tobin Jewelers New Berlin and they did an outstanding job. Rob and Raine were a pleasure to work with. They walked me through the process and kept me informed each step of the way. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to change my mind. They made the rings exactly like I wanted. Working with Tobin Jewelers has been an A+ experience. From the first day I walked in they have gone above and beyond to help get every detail right. My fiancé is in love with the ring, it's so beautiful. She especially loves the European shank design of the bottom of the band (which prevents it from turning) and the special signature Tobin diamond "kiss" on the band. I went back to order her wedding band and pick out my ring and I was delighted to be treated with the same level of excitement from the staff as I received the first day I walked into Tobin Jewlers. You can tell the staff cares deeply about the jewelry and take pride in creating a wonderful customer experience. If you're looking to get engaged I can't say enough good things. Don't go to the big chain jewelry stores. Support local, you won't regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I got married october 2021 and still didnt have my wedding rings picked out. My husband and I went 2 weeks before the wedding and picked out rings. Thinking there is no way we would get our rings in time for our wedding but i was totally shocked! We were able to pick up our rings the following week mind you 1 week before our wedding! The customer service was amazing as we came in pretty close to when they close and they gladly stayed late to help me pick out the perfect ring for me! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing wedding rings!

I've used Tobin Jewelers for all my jewelry needs for nearly 20 years. I moved out of Milwaukee area and now live 2 hours away. They always greet me by name, take our wedding rings; clean, polish and inspect for any issues like bent prongs. I've always had a positive experience and customer service there.
The last time I was there with my wife and our two kids, Tobin's staff got out a little jewelry making kit and the kids made little necklaces for themselves while we waited for our rings.
I drive past many other jewelry stores on my way to their Mequon or New Berlin location, but it has always been worth it the trip!

I know this is a bit long but details are important when you’ve been taken advantage of.
I took my gold ring with diamonds and the marquise cut black jade stone (intact) that had come out of the setting, to Tobin’s Jewelers to be reset. A few days later I was told they could not use the jade stone, and could insert a black onyx stone in its place. I approved the use of onyx, trusting what he told me. When I picked up the ring and asked for the jade stone back as it is valuable, I was told they threw it away. I filed a police report and their story changed, saying the stone was crushed (it wasn’t) and could not be used, so they threw it away. Why would anyone take a crushed stone in to be reset in a ring? Now they say the jade was too worn and that they gave it back to me (they didn’t).
After that experience I questioned the repair I had taken to Tobins 11 months ago. I had a family heirloom, my mother’s antique gold baby ring, missing the small ruby that was lost many years ago. I paid $472 (I have the receipt) to have a new ruby put in the baby ring and two prongs repaired. This was a gift for my great granddaughter, who shares the same birth month as her great great grandmother, born in July 2021. I took the ring to an independent gemologist for appraisal and my fear was confirmed, it is a fake ruby.
It’s embarrassing to admit I was scammed but if it helps someone avoid a similar fate then it’s worth sharing my story. I have yet to hear from Tobin’s to resolve the concerns.
If you want to shop local, go to Paul's Jewelers. Detailed receipts, pictures, description of work to be done, fair and honest pricing, superb customer service, licensed/certified gemologist and goldsmith.

I have had excellent visits at Tobin Jewelers each time I was at the store. They have evaluated old jewelry that I brought in, changed batteries in watches, and graciously helped in selecting new jewelry.
I highly recommend Rob Tobin as your go to person to help you with jewelry related items.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Tobin and our experience was so great that we decided to get our wedding bands from them as well! I had an issue when I wore my engagement ring at work and it got stuck between a bed railing (I work in healthcare) and unfortunately it bent. I went to Tobin Jewelers and they promptly fixed my ring back to new. We would 100% recommend Tobin Jewelers
