Calvin is wonderful, the Service that he gave me was phenomenal, very educational. He knew his stuff. When I first walked in there there was a guy that didn’t know much and I was a little annoyed, and this other gentleman Calvin took over and helped.. And he is a great sales guy. He also got to get two more. Phones and I went back later and I got From him, he definitely is someone that I would say please reach out to if you having questions Any kind of T-Mobile service he is in new Berlin, Wisconsin

We stopped in to discuss an upgrade from an Iphone8, to an Iphone12. We were the only ones in the store. The gentlemen that helped us were pleasant. In reviewing the Iphone8, they found a VERY small blemish on the screen that they said disqualified this phone for an upgrade. They said that we might consider getting the screen repaired, and then come back. We will try another T-Mobile store and see if we get the same answer.

The store manager (Alex) and coworker (Eileen) were very great! Awesome attitude helpful quick service and got me in and out with everything i needed with ease. The knowledge of product and personality combo of them made it a great experience. Good job, guys! (They complimented my gengar credit card, and now i have a watch to match. Thanks for the upgrade.)

Came in June to get my daughter her first phone. Employee said it would be better to add these 2 new lines to the contract, keep them open until I needed them. He said I would not be charged for them. He then said because I was doing this that I would get a free Samsung S23. I was not even in for a phone for myself. I changed phones to get tue new Samsund and paid in installments for my daughter's new phone. 2 months later I am paying for the Samsung and they state they can't do anything. Store told me to call support. They can't do anything for me. They told me to go to the store and they can do a phone credit and take care of it. The support staff told the manager at the New Berlin store that they need to make the credit adjustment. He said they can't do it. He seemed like he did not want to even be working. He could have cared less. He told me there was nothing he could do. I asked for the district contact info or his manager. He said he would not give me even his name let alone email or cell. I would have NEVER switched my phone if I knew I had to pay for it. Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of "Sorry, we can't help you." Guess what is even better, they said I can't even return it back to the way it was that I would have to pay for the phones in full! I thought this place was better than ATT but it is not working out that way. After 2 hours on the phone got a credit for 800. Still out 400 for the bait and switch but at least it's something. Please rethink you decisions when hiring management for the store. They should be welcoming, have empathy and be happy to have a job. This guy...not so much.

If I could give this location and Manager Alex less I would. Perfect example of customer: "no surface. My husband and I recently signed up for T-Mobile at a different location but had trouble figuring something out on getting a $200 per line refund. We went in to ask for help to which Alex said just go to this website and fill in your information. That required a T-Mobile ID I asked for help in setting that up to which he replied it's pretty straightforward. Just follow the directions. There was absolutely no attempt to help us complete these forms, and to be honest, my husband and I are both in our 70s and have had very little experience in life with computers and cell phones. It's a shame that this young man treated us so poorly because he too will need help one day and will encounter somebody as inept as himself. That being said, we had an absolute fabulous experience at the Bayshore location with manager, Michael Barkstrom who is the reason we chose to switch to T-Mobile. It is amazing to me that a company can Employ to such very different people and give them both the same title of manager. I am ashamed to say that I am wondering if we made the right decision signing up for T-Mobile when I resource is a New Berlin where we live and that is where Alex the manager has the attitude that he does. Reconsidering this whole situation. Thanks to Alex.

Visited store yesterday. Greeted poorly by a male and female employee. His name is TJ. WORST customer service ever. Horrible vibe starting with greeting. Felt like I was bothering them. No hello No smile on either face. She just stood slouched over counter with her hand to her face. I would never have thought she worked there. He was super rude. I told him I needed a SD card switched from one phone to another and then needed assistance with transferring data from one phone to the other. His response was all the SD card does is transfer the number. I said I called 611 day prior and they told me it can be done. He put his hands in the air and sarcastically responded if you know something I don't then you do yourself. I literally turned around and walked out. The Brookfield store on Bluemound is your store for great service. They were amazing and then some. Plus I purchased a new phone for myself. This kid should be reprimanded. He has no place in the customer service industry.

We switched from ATT because we were given a better price. We were told our price was locked in and wouldn't change. 3 months later our bill jumped up $40. Calling customer service, we were told we never verified our first responder, so we lost that credit. Never once did we say we were first responders when signing up, so why we were told that rate and given that discount tells me this store is lying to get people to sign up for accounts and screwing them a few months later when their bill jumps up. Do not trust this store. I am going to fight to get our bill fixed or contract voided.

Today we went in to the store to ask a question regarding changing our account. One salesperson was lying on the counter kicked back while the other was behind the desk. The fact that they did not even get up to talk to us is despicable. I mean come on try some customers service.

the store itself was fine and the employees were very nice,my problem with t mobile is they don't treat existing customers the same as new customers, no real discounts on new phones like the other major companys.i just think that it's wrong to not give the same deals to existing customers

Went in for issues with my iPhone and spoke with Taylor i believe she had super great customer service and helped me get out of there in a timely manner definitely the best T-mobile experience I’ve had.

Walked in looking for an upgrade and a way to save more money! Left with both of those things including a smile, thanks to De Angelo with helping my fiancé.
