I am changing my review! This place has been upping the price of our unit 3x a year all the people up front are mean and rude everytime we go to pay. They do not take cash even tho this is America and that is our legal tender we will b taking removing all our items after we pay and will never return and our family members will be taking their buisness elsewhere and anyone I know I will make sure to let them know what a horrible place this is.

Shady and not upfront with you about cost at all. I asked for clarification on monthly charges and rental increases multiple times when signing up. They verbally go over the "lease" with you but leave out all the fine print and then you're charged well over what's expected on top of ridiculous increases.

I had been quite happy with them but I’ve seen my rent increase steadily and when I asked them about it, they essentially told me that’s normal and if I don’t like it, I can move out.
Just have them advanced notice of move out. Really annoying and frustrating - I managed to get two units at another place in Brookfield for 1/2 what the unit here was costing me !!
