One of the few real mechanic shops that can get me in for an oil change in under a few weeks. Garrett got me in one day out and did a full Alana’s of my car with pictures that he sent me before calling me with any other suggested repairs. They also washed my car which I thought was very special.

I called to check on the warranty for the tires I bought 2 years ago. One tire isn’t holding air. I was told the warranty is contingent on the mileage and wear on the tires but he would not provide the number of miles for the limitation or the tread depth. He said he couldn’t tell me unless he looked at the tires to determine the wear. This sounds like an arbitrary decision made by an employee rather than a promise to stand by a product provided. Terribly disappointing. They’ve lost a customer.
**Update**
Manager called and apologized and provided the information on warranty terms. He had a technician pick it up and brought it back for repair. He went out of his way to correct the issue.

Exceptional customer service! My wife needed to get a tire repaired and no shop could take care of it same day without a future appointment. Silver Lake said drop it off and we will see if we can fit it in. Not only did they take care of the tire same day but they drove the vehicle back to our house along with some tasty cookies. Who else does that these days! Also, the repair itself was done well.
