Any discount store that can make a picky teenager fill her cart with athletic wear like this deserves 5 stars. Plus, I found dresses to wear to a wedding, all under $20. It's like TJMaxx with just a little less merchandise.

Very friendly staff, selection was great and the bathrooms are also pretty clean. My only complaint is the temperature in the store. It was very hot, I couldn't stay inside for more then 10 minutes. Really hope this gets fixed soon. Would be a 5 star if it weren't for them having broken AC or it being turned off.

I was in the store around 4pm . Hardly any people. Cashier was polite and friendly. I asked questions about the return policies. Store was clean. I didn't try on my clothes selection.

I had not been to a Ross since moving out of state. On a visit to New Berlin we visited Ross. The thing too know about Ross, besides the fact that their prices are very reasonable, is that you never know what they say going to have. Every two is kinda off like a scavenger hunt. I found a number of items that were too good to pass up and if you got to Ross you will likely find yourself in similar circumstances.
