I've been going here for a couple years for regular care. I havent had any issues. They always refills my scripts fast if I forget and run out. Also, if my perscription isn't working how it should they do help adjusting my medication to what I need. All my appointments have gone well, very little to no wait time. I would recomend for a regualr doctor.

Being regularly closed on the weekend is not 'unforseen circumstances' as the IVR claims. Stating the answering service number once very quickly and then hanging up on me after I waded through menus for 5 minutes is absolutely infuriating.
There's at least one staff member on the phones who clearly hates being there. I tried to get a fax over and this grumpy lady wouldn't get up from her desk to check and see if it was received (spoilers, it wasn't). So she put me down for someone to call me back later that day and let me know if they got it. I didn't get that call so I woke up and called them back in the morning the next day. At least the woman I got that day was actually helpful, kind, and willing to go to the fax machine to verify. Funny, I'm not getting paid here but I'm still having to manage your employees myself.
When I come in and spend an hour detailing my history and the doctor doesn't write it down, only come to find this out when trying to submit those records to get a specialized device, I find myself wondering why I even wasted my time and money coming here for care. This is definitely not professional level care I expected based on the chosen moniker.
If you work in patient care, a little care about your patients goes a long way. The state of the Healthcare industry is in absolute shambles and this facility is a prime example.

Referred to Dr. Larsen. Receptionist refused to schedule me despite me looking for a new primary care doctor. Told me the medical issue I was going to see her for was not appropriate. Then stated Dr. Larsen had a closed practice policy and won’t see people. Called the supervisor and not confident any change will occur. I’ve never encountered such difficulty in trying to get medical care. If this is what I can expect from the receptionist I can only conclude I can expect the same sub par care from the facility.

I called because I was stuck in traffic and told them I was going to be 10 minutes late. The lady told me that would be fine. I walked in there at 3:10 but because the lady didn't type my name in till 3:11 she said the doctor said I couldn't be seen. I am going out of town for the next 2 weeks and really needed to be seen but because of 1 minute I was denied care. Terrible lack of service and empathy, I will never be coming back. Also, hearing that my doctor said no apparently for that 1 minute is incredible disheartening because I really liked dr Stauder prior but I guess not anymore. I left in tears.

Came here for a dermatology appointment. Was here first thing in the morning. Check in was easy (I did the online pre check). Got seen right away. They also have new check in Kiosks if you want to do it that way.
Everyone there was super friendly and helpful.

Had a 4pm urgent care appointment and even showed up 20 min early and waited over an hour to be seen

I've been going here for years , to the urgent care as well as my primary physician and have never had a bad experience! my doc and the PA are both great! People, have a little patience and don't forget to advocate for yourself!

Sign in took a half hour. While I waited eight others checked in. Then we waited almost three hours to be seen. Seems to be a poorly ran operation. Stared at the same cue for over an hour before it changed. Go somewhere else.

Urgent care is dismal. On line reservation system is a joke.Waited 2 1/2 hours for my daughter to be seen without an On line reservation a few days ago so made sure when I needed care I made an on line reservation. I have now been waiting in excess of 2 hours past my reservation time while other patients have been called who signed in after I did.Ridiculous to have an online reservation system if you are going to triage patients.

Charged me for tests I never asked for, after my doctor gave me the green light to continue with the medication plan. When i tried talking to the billing department about it they said my doctor requested them. When i talked to my doctor, she said she did not. I called the billing department again and they told me its "relfex" testing meaning its something the decide to do depending on what the initial test came back with. I said this is unnecessary and not asked for as i have already been given a medical plan without that test. They basicly told me tough cookies. This was back in march of 2021. They sent me to colections and refuse to take responsibility for their problem of running unnecessary tests. I Left a review on the BBB and it is still un answered.

I have been a patient here for several years. The staff have been professional, caring and helpful. Wait times have been acceptable. Location convenient and easy to reach.
