I took my poor baby son (he's 42 and single if any woman need a man) swimming, I saw this horrid sight. I jumped to the sight of this pool! Soon to be apocalypse! I'm very scared. I saw a something green in the pool. Never ever going to swim in the apocalypse starting pool!! Save yourself don't come here to swim. I'm very shook that they did not start world war 3!! (The apocalypse) please consider what I have to say.. My poor baby son saw the pool jumped and fell. Keep your loved ones AWAY.

I called in and asked if the membership people were in so I can sign up. The girl on the phone was like “yeah come on down!”Came in 10 minutes later to make a membership. Lady at the desk says it’s going to be over an hour to get me in. I ask if I can workout while i wait since they have my contact info? “No you can’t”. Can I work out as a guest with my buddy (who was right next to me). “No you still need to see member services to get a guest pass (they charge you too). There were two girls ahead of me who wanted guest passes and it took like 2 minutes to get done. Why couldn’t they get me in for two minutes to get a guest pass instead of making me wait for the two other families ahead of me to talk and do the tour and stuff. Kudos for wasting peoples time Princeton.

Club is clean, modern and has a huge variety of programs and equipment for every age group. Staff is experienced, professional and responsive to members needs. Management goes above and beyond to keep things interesting and inviting. Management is quick to respond to members questions/needs.

As a family of four, we love the outdoor pool and indoor pool (for those long winter days) for the kids. We have signed our kids up for swim lessons and have received excellent instructors. Staff is always friendly.

i very much dislike bringing my clients here. staff needs to be more inclusive and understanding of those w/ disabilities. i dont know how many times my clients have been set off because of staff members. i will say though there are two wonderful staff members in the aquatics center, a male who i think is an instructor and a female with short hair.

Good gym, way to many kids. Guests policy is terrible. $20 per quest and need to register guests 4 hrs before time of arrival. When I asked for advice on how to use equipment I was told to make an appointment with a trainer. Of course an extra cost

I visited the Princeton Club with friends this past weekend (September 23, 2023). I was swimming in the kids pool with my two kids (7 and 9, good swimmers). I like to wear goggles underwater and I saw two brown clumps floating along the pool floor. I got closer until I confirmed it was definitely p**** and little bits of it were breaking off and floating away. I immediately told the closest lifeguard who didn’t know what to do about it. I left that pool with my kids and we swam in the lap pool for a while. I assumed they removed the p**** The kids wanted to go down the slide again, and although I wasn’t thrilled about them being in the water where the p*** had been, I didn’t want to upset them either. Also I figured chlorine was pretty strong, based on how my eyes were burning. So we went down the slide and while I was underwater I saw the p*** again. Jesus, take the wheel. I got my kids out immediately and we headed out to shower. On my way out, I stopped by the supervisors office where one guy was just kicking back listening to his headphones, and told them that the p*** was still in the pool. One dude tried to say that I must be confused, it’s just rust. I told him that I’m a biologist and I know p*** from rust (it’s true; I literally studied p*** for my masters). He then acted like I was just a huge Karen for making him do his job. I had been considering joining the club before this interaction; we live nearby and my family loves swimming. Not after how cavalier the staff is about a biological threat to the health of their guests. Disgusting.

Staff and members are friendly. Since I've joined almost two years ago, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Equipment and the facility are very well taken care of. I have met so many great people and instructors. My children LOVE the pool and the kids' club/gym. We will indeed continue our membership once it's up.

This gym is one of the best in the area! Staff are very friendly, the facilities are well-maintained, and there is a great variety of equipment for all types of workouts. Everything is included in the membership so you aren’t paying extra for pool access/classes/sauna type amenities. The only con is that the parking lot is not big enough to keep up with high traffic times and sometimes there is no parking, which can get frustrating.

The staff is always friendly and do a great job keeping the place nice and clean. My kids (ages 4 & 6) love the indoor pool are as well as the outdoor pool. Class instructors are knowledgeable and make classes fun!

I’ve been a member of many gyms - but Princeton Club is hands down the best I have been to. I look forward to the classes every week, the equipment and facility are always being upgraded, and it is always extremely clean. Highly recommend this gym!

We switched to the Princeton Club so our daughter could swim year round and because our other gym had no parking anytime of day. We can always find parking and our daughter loves the indoor (and outdoor) pool. Plus, the gym is great as well.

This gym fails at inspiring and supporting teens in the beginning stage of a healthy active lifestyle. After years of encouraging, my kids are finally showing interest in exercising and they feel discouraged when coming to this gym. The rules are always changing depending on which staff you speak to and with the exception of a couple at the front desk, I don’t see staff making any attempt in engagement and making them feel welcomed. A simple smile or acknowledge to young adults or anyone for that matter goes a long way. It’s not common sense that these teens in the gym are your future members and my teens have already expressed no desire in continuing their membership. When or if they can utilize the kids area gym changes, when or if they can utilize the outdoor tennis area changes. They were watched by staff when using the basketball court. If the basketball court is to only be utilized for basketball only, then make that clear and that rule should apply to all including those that use it for classes.
