I stopped by yesterday with a flat tire that wasn't able to be fixed. Instead of sending me on my way, they offered to put my spare on my car for me free of charge until I could get the tire swapped. It was near closing time and busy, so it was very much appreciated!! Thank you!

Took my personal Prevost 45' motorcoach in for 8 Michelin tires and had a terrible experience. 3 of the 6 expensive axle covers were improperly installed - of which two were lost during my trip back to Knoxville TN. The third was hanging on by one screw which required me to remove it to avoid having this all steel axle cover fly off and damage someone else vehicle, or worse cause an accident. These axle covers are $175 ea for front and tag, and $275 ea for drives.
Additionally, only hours after the tire install and before departing on my trip to Knoxville, a pre-departure tire check found the passenger side inside dual 50lbs low. After inspection this was due to a valve extender that was improperly installed with the stabilizer causing the valve extender to flex and creating a leak. This could have resulted in serious problem if I had not caught it. Additionally, the valve stem on the outside dual was turned in such a way that a normal air gauge or air inflation chuck could not be utilized with-out removing the axle cover.
I have tried to reach the manager 3 times to discuss a resolution but have been unsuccessful.

John Secora from Pomps reached out to me and after sharing a few more details - acknowledged that service was not up their own expectations or mine, and then credited me the cost of the lost axle covers.

I've been here before and had zero complaints other than not being able to make an appointment. So when I needed 2 new tires (due to never rotating my tires, oops my mistake) I figured I'd just go to Discount since they do appointments. Huge mistake. Long story short I was there 3 times and still ended up at Pomps to have my car looked at. Turns out all 4 tires were out of balance (had all 4 TPMS sensors replaced/rebuilt at Discount). I will never stray from this place again, they employ guys who actually know what they are doing and you just can't put a price on that. And the next time I need tires, I will give these guys my business and happily wait my turn.
