Filthy. Carts are all disgusting. Produce section is decent but this place needs a thorough deep cleaning.

I was in yesterday, around maybe 9pm, no cashier’s which was totally fine! No big deal, but it was strange there were no plastic bags not even paper bags at the self check outs. Having a big full cart without bags is difficult. Had I known I would’ve remembered my own, but not too big of a deal either! However, I was just about to add the water to my instant noodles and noticed it had already expired. In July. It is September now.

We get the fried chicken from the deli. Today we got it and it was 1 breast 3 thighs 2 each of legs and wings. One time we got 3 breasts, 1 thigh, 2 wings and 2 legs. It has happened at least three times. Maybe it’s time to refresh employees memories on which chicken pieces are which.
Thanks

This is a fantastic location, It does get busy from early morning up until 6 pm. It's a very charming area and a lot of the employees are very welcoming. This is one of my first locations that I started shopping at, and it has become a favorite hotspot for my parents when they shop.

This place has been going downhill for a while, but at least you could count on fresh donuts. Well, apparently that's not the case anymore as the self-serve case was filled with what were clearly day old (or more) donuts. They also just increased the price of the "fresh" donuts, and the bakery also sells "fresh" buns and bread at full price for days, often with no real fresh buns to be found on the shelves. It's a shame because the bakery used to be one of the redeeming qualities of this store, but it has fallen off substantially in the last year or so. As others have noted, price and selection are no longer competitive with nearby alternatives. I give it two stars instead of one because the fried chicken is still very good and usually fresh if you're lucky enough to grab some before it sells out. The floral department is also still nice; it's less expensive than alternatives, and the flowers will last quite a long time.

Like the convenience of this store. Seems to have what I need (continuously) in stock & a very organized store.

Front of store lady tried to kick me and my service animal out of their store. One of their associates got him excited and he pooped. I cleaned it immediately. They were giving me a hard time then because he doesn't wear a vest. I told them it is not required. Then she tried to demand my letter. I told her I will go out and get it, but I will call police then as it's illegal to demand the letter. She back tracked immediately.
This pick n save lost the business of this disabled vet. I'll go to Festival.

This is very near to our home and neatly maintained. The produce sections will be empty and there won’t be any refills for the empty sections. Some of the staff doesn’t even talk when we ask some help. The customer service department has couple of team members don’t know what the customer is asking and where to guide them. They are kind of lost in the store

I hope this post reaches the Pick N Save Cake Decorator (154th and National Ave) that decorated a cake for me for an event I'm doing today Sat 4/13/24. She did an amazing job and has great vision. I initially called and asked for cupcakes but changed my mind midweek and thought a cake would be easier. The event is for a Spring Fling and I just asked for Spring Colors . I let the cake decorator decide the design. I'm so beyond thrilled , impressed and in awe over this cake. Thank you to whoever you are!!! You are amazing ! If you ever need a cake.. this is the place to go to. They have never disappointed me or the guests that attend the events I host.

True to PnS form, this location is also disgusting and poorly stocked. Also using pricetag trickery like all Krogers. 0/5 stars.

Worst checkout experience. Open a register. I shouldn't have to scan over $300 worth of groceries at the self check out.

I am pretty sure the worker doesn't know monster is buy two get one for free. She told me to buy a pack , 6 bottles. Because I am an Asian. She thought I don't know the word pack mean. She keep repeating it and look at me like in a weird way .

Definitely not as nice as some of the other locations, seems not stocked and not many clearance deals. Workers seem dirty with their hygiene and help..
