“These beautiful souls put together a unique bouquet for my husband's sick Grandmother and rushed it same day over to Froedtert. Come to find out, I idiotically sent it to the wrong Froedtert hospital!!! Not only were they gracious about me wasting their time, they were kind enough to reimburse for the flowers (minus delivery fee). I could not be more impressed. I am so lucky to have chosen them that day. If I had gone with another company, I doubt I would have been as lucky. ? ? ? ? ? . Thank you for your kindness”

“I always look forward to a trip to Stein's. Unique gift ideas you can't find anywhere else. In the summer the outside plant area is well stocked and the foliage looks healthy. Check out the inside greenhouse too for succulents and bigger plants year round.”

“My go-to place for great plants for myself and as gifts that don't die right away for no reason like some other places. Some of the people there are extremely knowledgeable about plants and obviously love taking care of them. The associates overall are nice and efficient, even when they're extremely busy on the weekends during spring and summer. The plants in nursery pots and ones already arranged are reasonably priced. I don't often purchase them, but all the home goods in the back are pretty expensive. They sometimes do go on sale which is great because a lot of it is very cute and make great gifts. If you're looking for some more unique pots, they also have tons in various sizes!”

“I'm a 61 year old woman who is not a do-it-yourselfer, lol, I was looking for a specific product and it was on the total opposite end of the building. One young man helped me find what I thought I was looking for but when I went to check it out the price was more than it was on my search. So another gentleman went and found the product for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot is huge and totally overwhelming for someone like me but I have to say they have the most kind and helpful staff that I have run across in a long time?”
“Wide selection of flower choices. I did need to pick my way through the displays to find my choice of the healthiest plants, but I am very happy with the quality of the ones I chose. I would suggest that any shopper try to get there as early in the season as possible.As with many businesses, staff shortages make help with questions a bit of a challenge, but the employees at this location really try their best to give excellent customer service.”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Even at the end of the season there were many plants available. The mums and annual flowering hanging baskets are spectacular! The staff members were all very friendly and helpful and the prices were competitive.”
