I called them for a fix and Dan said that I have to leave my car a day or two which is fine but when I requested that I need to drive and use my car for next couple of days and asked if they can try fixing it today he said everyone needs to drive their car and asked me whether I am the only one who’s busy. What kind of stupid person says that. I respectfully told him that I just requested and then we hung up.I understand that may be he’s somewhat frustrated by the things going on in his life but raising voice and saying things to a customer out of nowhere is not acceptable when I only requested him if they can do it and not demanded.

I've been taking my service work here for several years and have only positive feedback about National Auto. Adrian is great and has always gone out of his way to make my experience a positive one. I recently purchased a used Camry from their lot and had the pleasure of working with Ken. He also made my experience there high end, great price, solid buy, and very personable.Appreciate what they do !
