Worked with Sleep Expert Jacob Erdman, truly a titan of the industry. I know nothing about beds or mattress frames and was worried about getting “sold” on things I didn’t need. Jacob was an absolute professional and set me up with a wonderful frame and made some great suggestions around bedsheets as well. I’d recommend anyone even considering mattresses, bed frames or sheets to go through Jacob

Purchasing my mattress was quick and painless. The guy in the store was very friendly and helpful. Delivery is scheduled only two days after I made my purchase, and excluding any issues there, it was an overall perfect experience.

Jacob was great in helping me pick out a bed for my dad. Gave me time to try out beds and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. He also seemed interested in me as a customer and as a person. Jacob did a fabulous job helping us narrow down what mattress was best for us. He thoroughly explained all the different features to us, which helped us make an informed decision. I felt very confident in the purchase. I didn’t feel pressured to add unnecessary features. I’m now writing this after sleeping on my new mattress and can 100% say we made the right choice!

I went in to buy a new mattress and Jacob was the man to talk to. I haven’t bought a new mattress in almost a decade and he was very knowledgeable about the different brands and mattress types. He also pointed me in the right direction as to the type of mattress that would work for my sleeping habits. He’s a very helpful and chill guy - I’m glad I was able to work with him on the purchase.
