“I would give 10 stars if I could. I bought a very old coat at a Goodwill store and it was NASTY. Smelled like a wet attic, great big stain down the sleeve. It was so beautiful, but I was worried it was a lost cause -- especially because it didn't have a care label! The staff at the Brookfield Klinke took such good care of this coat. It came out SPOTLESS. They talked me through the whole process, the potential risks, and asked for extra time to really give the whole thing a good once over. And it was well worth it! Thank you so much for helping me save this fabulous vintage find!!!!!!”
“Good laundromat! Went for the first time today, machines worked well and the place was cleanly. It was also pleasant to hang around while my laundry was going.They have three larger washing machines, two larger dryers, and plenty of average sized ones, two rolling carts, three decent sized folding stations, and plenty of seating.”

I wish their hours were a bit more convenient for folks that work normal business hours during the week, but they do offer a number of easy drop off and pick up options. They turn items around quickly, and will send updates when your items are ready. Everything has always been nice and clean, and done on time. They are on the pricier side for dry cleaning, but not unreasonable and are consistent.”
“I've been coming to this laundromat for a long long time and I believe that it is in the best overall condition than its competitors in the city. I went and laundered my clothes a few days ago and I had a very pleasant experience here. The outside of the building was immaculate and free from clutter and garbage. “This has always been my go-to place to do laundry, especially being open 24 hours. Mornings are obviously the busiest, but I've found that going late at night was always best. They've always had their own security roll through randomly and I've never had any issues.However, I've notified the past few months there's been a decline. The cleanliness isn't there anymore and this past visit there were two homeless people there. When security came through, one guy left as soon as they pulled in, and the other was asleep under the table. I didn't even notice her until I went to use the dryers. They need to get new security because they walked through the place and didn't do anything about the woman sleeping under the table.”

“Needed a down comforter and heated mattress pad washed and dried. I didn't have time to do it myself but left it with Janice (the attendant) to do. Both items were clean, folded and packaged in a nice zipper storage bag. All at a very fair price! I'd highly recommend either drop-off or doing laundry there as there were plenty of machines and the entire place looked clean.”
