I usually don’t do bad reviews because I’d rather give praise but I just had the worst experience! I didn’t even get to go here because the guy was such a jerk. There was no place park so I just pulled up to simply ask if they could an emissions test. I couldn’t even get it out before the guy started screaming at me. I understand I was not in a spot, I simply wanted to ask a 2 second question and maybe be told where I could park to be in line. Couldn’t even get it out, he just kept yelling at me. I now know where not to go for car repairs.

Came for emissions test. Terrible customer service. Kept waving his arms at me to move my car. Basically told me he has no time to explain their process. Never mind!

Nick and the gang at K K Car service have been my go to mechanics for a few years now. Straight talk and reasonable prices, no upsell and transparency are what keep me coming back. I have older vehicles that require some maintenance and I have confidence in the KK Car team.

Biannual emissions test. Drove up about 10:30 on Monday. Only about a 1 minute wait. About 2 minutes to complete the test. Friendly & fast service.

I went here for my emissions testing a few weeks ago, after a good 20min and seeing a few workers around my car I was told my OBD port was broken and they were unable to do my emissions.
I had my boyfriend who is an auto mechanic take a look and he found it was fine.
I took it to another shop in New Berlin, didn’t mention anything about the OBD, and they did my emissions no problem. When I passed I asked if they had any issue with the OBD and they were confused and said no.
I’m guessing KK Auto either didn’t want to perform my emissions or were trying to pull a fast one.
