I don’t know about the negative reviews, but my experience was wonderful. I first called to see if they had the mugen taillights available, not only the person I spoke to was very professional but to my luck, they had only 6 left in stock.I quickly purchased the taillights, literally the next day they shipped out the item..informed me through text and email. I was very surprised..I got my taillights less than a week..and of course they were authentic.I would definitely definitely do business with them again.Thank you King Motorsports, you guys are effin great !!!!!!!

I thought so highly of Mike before this. I was one the people who got to buy the limited Mugen watch few months back. Paid within the minute and received a receipt. After that, total silence. I'm kind of patient with these things so I let time pass as it was going to ship "later". Today I emailed Garrett asking for ETA. I received a short email saying they're sold out. I didn't understand what he was talking about so I called them (from Sweden mind you) to tell them I'm not asking to buy another one, I just want to know what's going on with my order. Mike answers the phone and pretty much immediately after me asking the question (honestly politely), he goes I'm sorry but UPS lost the shipment. ? I still didn't get it so I asked why nobody had notified the customers, thinking all watches were lost.Mike just said "you were notified today in your correspondence with Garrett". I still didn't get what he was on about so I told him I haven't received any emails after the receipt. Garrett had not told me anything about anything going missing. Confused I asked if all watches went missing before arriving to King, thinking this was a problem from Casio to King. Then he goes, no your watch is missing. Shocked, I asked how he knew who I even was. I hadn't given him any order number or name. He said he knows about my correspondence with Garrett. Remember Garrett hadn't even told me my watch is gone when I asked for ETA.Still shocked, I asked why I haven't been given any updates or even a shipping id he goes very apathetic "well sorry". Then he goes "well we don't have more watches so I will refund your money". I told him that at this point I don't care about the money or the watch, I'm just stunned that King would act so uninformative and apathetic about this. I asked when they found out it was lost. Mike wouldn't give me an answer. I said ok could you please send me the tracking id, I'd like to contact UPS myself. He then goes "that's not the issue we're discussing here". ? Wow, serious? So a limited edition watch that I paid for 4 months ago disappears with no customer notice and no tracking id and that's not what we're discussing here?And then he goes, this conversation needs to end. And he hangs up the phone. Oh mighty King Motorsports, really? I've been a fan forever and you broke my heart like this..

I purchased something that was shown as in-stock on Dec 2, 2022. Scott Zellner emails me on Dec 13, 2022 saying it was backordered ‘til Feb. I said keep my order open. Months go by, life moves on and I remember I haven’t heard a peep on my order status, no email, no calls. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is for me to get an update on my order! Scott seemed short and smug in the one occasion where I was able to connect with him.Fast forward to today, Nov 8, 2023!!! Almost a year later I called to have them cancel my order once and for all.I’m never going to buy something from these jokers again.By the way you’d figure the official NA distributor would know how to pronounce Mugen the correct way. ?

Excellent place to get your Honda repaired, very professional and knowledgeable, spent the necessary time to find my issue that another repair shop had mid-diagnosed. All of my Honda business will be here now

If I could give negative stars I would. This place sucks. I have placed countless orders only to have them cancelled due to not being in stock. I placed a order for center caps and never got any correspondence about my order. I sent a email asking about the status and was told by Scott they have them in stock but are reserved for those purchasing wheels. He informed me that they would get more and I was added to a waiting list and more would arrive. So today I called and asked if they got more and was informed that they still have them in stock but will not sell them unless you purchase the wheels. So basically they are saying your money isn’t good enough unless you spend thousands of dollars and then we will gladly sell you a extra $240 to add on. I must say this very poor business practices and m tec should find another sole authorized dealer. If you like a company that won’t sell you a product based on the fact you haven’t spent enough money king is for you. King has had a great reputation in the Honda community for decades but it needs to be tarnished at this point. From communication and unfair sales practices, to providing them a payday loan on products they have yet won’t sell. Look elsewhere for needs.

I’m a big Honda fan based in Chicago. When I took my trip from Chicago to Milwaukee for a weekend trip in 2022, I know that I had to make a stop at King Motorsports. They pretty much the only shop in the entire U.S. that sells 無限(Mugen) merchandise. Although they didn’t have any parts for my 9th generation civic, it was worth a stop to checkout their establishments.

I strongly recommend not using this shop. I recently got a new exhaust fabbed and tune on my Honda Civic. My 2 star review is because the final results were high quality, but many other things during the process completely overshadow it. I primarily spoke with Scott and my my bad experience is largely on him. The short version is communication was terrible which led to a blown motor.If you want the long version, here are the reasons:- When I tried to book an appointment, Scott did not take the couple extra minutes on the phone to finish the conversation but instead told me to call back the next day. When I did, the appointment slot was booked and I had to wait another month.- I specifically asked for a 2.5” exhaust fabrication from the turbo back. Scott did not keep track of what I wanted done to the car or attempt to order materials ahead of time. He called me in the middle of fabrication to confirm what I wanted and then ordered a flex pipe. This made the build take 2.5 weeks instead of Scott’s original estimate of 2 days.- 2 to 3 weeks ahead of my appointment, I called to make sure my current setup would be adequate for my power goals. Scott claimed not to know anything about the Garrett turbos I was trying to compare and didn’t consult his tuner who could have easily answered my question (I found this out when I finally was allowed to talk to him when picking up the car).- I also requested a base run on the dyno. Scott told me my fueling was all over the place due to my downstream o2 sensor being installed improperly. When I picked up the car the downstream sensor was in my passenger seat. It is only used for emissions and was disabled through Hondata on the original and new tune. The tuner said there was no major issue with the fuel tables on the original tune.- Since Scott refused to allow communication, the tuner pushed my car too hard to try to reach my goal. Because the turbo was too small, he resorted to advancing ignition timing and damaged a piston or rings (haven’t torn it apart yet). This wasn’t immediately noticeable, but 1 week after the tune my car burned a quart of oil and was blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust. (I tuned the car myself originally. It lasted 2.5 years and 30,000 miles with my tune.)- The only reason this is not a 1 star review is the exhaust is very well done and the final tune (that does not have knock and is not damaging to the car) is very good.Service: Exhaust

Placed an Order in February, Had contact with Steve to clear some Things for my Order. After I didn't Receive any Updates for months, I wrote several Mails and got no Response. Checked my PayPal and they sent me a refund without noticing me that my Order got cancelled. Great Job Guys, thanks for your help.
