I do not recommend this agency with Joseph Lehmann. He had us fill out forms to remove a non-driver off of our insurance that was added without our permission which increased our policy to over double. Once we filled out the forms at his request agreeing that the non-driver would be removed and we would not be charged. But yet they were never removed and instead he changed the date of the direct withdrawal payment to come out our account 8 days sooner.We called him back for a 5th time and asked him why wasn't the person removed after we signed the agreement that he requested we sign and he told us if we have a problem to get a lawyer and to handle it in court. Joseph is a liar and when you confront him about the different lies he tells you, he then tells you that you're rude and hangs up the phone in your face. My advice to you all would be to not do business with this guy or company as it is very bad business and very unprofessional.

A while back, I had been dropped from my previous agency and was having trouble finding insurance at a reasonable rate. I got a hold of Jose from Lehmann Insurance and he was able to take care of my vehicle and homeowners needs. Reasonable rates and great service have made me a very happy customer and I highly recommend Lehmann.

Joe Lehmann and Allstate have been great to work with over the years. We have had to file various claims over the years ranging from a flooded basement to a lost wedding ring. Joe was very responsive, answered all the questions we had, and made the process easy and stress-free. When we switched over to Allstate, Joe was able to bundle some of our insurance policies to save us some money. In the past we didn't have much contact with our insurance agent but Joe always lets us know of opportunities to save money such as the Allstate Drivewise Safe Driving Reward. Not only has Joe and Allstate helped us out personally, their generosity and commitment to the community has been amazing. We are so pleased that we switched over to Allstate and we're fortunate to have Joe Lehmann as our insurance agent.
