It's Mark's Mobile Service now and it's the ONLY place I trust to work on my vehicles. I dealt with Mark and Bob and they are both extremely professional yet friendly and conscientious. I had a pretty difficult repair and they kept me in the loop on everything they did. They also let me know about some other things that needed to be done but we're not at all pushy trying to upsell. They will definitely be getting more business from me.

Mechanic is a joke. Lifetime of lying, overcharging and breaking things on you car just to charge more to repair them. They close at 7:00pm and I Walk in at 6:25 and ask to get emissions done. Mechanic says I stop that at 6:30, get here before then and I’ll do it. I say great it’s 6:25 so we’re good. He stammers and says, uh I got a lot of work to do so... I say okay well just say that then, don’t say get here before 6:30. He says I did. I say no, now you did. He says look I’m not going to argue with you over 5 minutes. I smile and say, just say what you mean. It takes a practiced con to look you in your eyes and lie with the first two things out of their mouth. I wouldn’t let them work on my car for free. Go to one of the many other fine service shops in the area.

I stopped in and made an appointment for an oil change for my husband's car. I watched the man write my name, the service I wanted, and my vehicle description in the appointment book. We bring the car in and they have no record of my appointment. I was made to feel like this was my fault by the attitude of the employee. My husband asked to have them check for an oil leak. After having the car 5 hours they forgot to do this. They had no problem trying to sell us tires though. Also at $95 for an all day oil change I should've went back to Scrub a Dub. It's $20 cheaper and I'm out in 10 minutes. Sorry Jim's Mobil but first impressions are everything and yours was unimpressive.

These guys are apparently just plain lazy ?...Paid for a diagnosis told me car would need 4 to 5 Thousand to fix...I fixed it for fifty !..YIPES
