They kept in touch with me the whole time because I dropped off my documents. It was easy . Trusted them the moment I walked in . Linda was extremely nice. They also have discounted prices for new customers . Thanks guys see you next year.

Terrible, non-existent service!!! A lot of "I don't knows" or "let me get back to you."My wife and I met with a tax pro (Bill) on a Sunday. We forgot 1 form that we didn't bring, so we ended up emailing Bill, and we agreed they could send us a link to digitally sign/approve everything. On the documents we were supposed to approve, something was incorrect/missing, so my wife and I didn't want to sign. We talked to about 8 different people on what's missing (including the manager Judy) and not 1 person could explain why nor could they fix it. We had to sign it and that's all anyone could say. Why would I sign something I don't approve? They said no issues have ever happened where they had to make "corrections" before, which I found hard to believe. I actually made a phone appointment with Judy to originally try and get this resolved, but after being 15 minutes late, I HAD to call HER.I personally had to go in 3 separate times to try and get this resolved. On the 3rd time, my wife and I just signed everything in person just so we could be done with it. We were originally told by Bill that using H&R would be $200. All in all, we paid H&R $360 to have us wait 4 weeks until we got an answer, had to come in 3 times, and then didn't even digitally sign the documents because they were incorrect. We had to physically go in and sign. You'd think they would maybe knock off some money for the trouble, but not these incompetent people.My wife and I will NEVER USE H&R AGAIN!!!!!

I had my taxes done here I will not have the same person do my taxes next year ! Call backs are not happening with this guy and dates were wrong on rental certificate but he didn’t notice until a month later !???

They did a great job and our tax pro was very good and kind, but I was shocked when he told us the fee - over $600! After he got us a $75 discount...so I will definitely not return here. Not really sure what costed so much since my husband and I don’t have a lot going on tax form wise.

Bad customer service paid 140..00 for harsh treatment will not be going back will pay someone else to do my taxes . I used them for 3 yrs never again
