“Big shout out to the staff at this hotel. Super helpful, incredibly welcoming and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. I've had to travel quite a lot lately and stay here often. They make me feel at home! When I arrive they greet me by name and remember our last conversations. I was a little out of my depth with their winter weather and everyone was so helpful with tips and what not to do.... Be sure to say hi to Carol Misurek. She is the sweetest, most caring human. She went above and beyond the other day when she realized I hadn't checked in. She emailed and called me to be sure I was okay. Who does that these days? Well Carol does! I so appreciated that someone noticed I could be missed. As a woman who travels for work I found this so refreshing. Anyone looking for a place to stay when in New Berlin, WI, You can't go wrong with this choice.”

“I've stayed here every time I've been in Milwaukee and I love it! The rooms are super clean, the staff is nice, and the location is stellar! Each time I've stayed I've been conveniently close to the zoo, American Family Field, and the State Fair.

I've also come here a few times as a solo traveller and I've always felt safe and right at home. I highly recommend!”

“I love the outdoor patio and the gym is better than many hotels in this category.
The bar is nice but it never seems to be open.
Breakfast is simple.
Overall I really love the location and the rooms very much.

Rooms: The rooms are so spacious and clean. The closets are huge and have actual hangers!”

“Both front desk employees were AWESOME. Outside was clean & well lit. No funky hotel smell. Everything looked very clean. Room wasn't anything over the top. The printed curtain was broken. The floor could use a good carpet cleaning as could the fridge cabinet. Pillows were AWFUL. Completely flat, even when we balled them up. Breakfast was ok. Fresh waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. However the clothed furniture needs a good soapy scrub.

Rooms: Room wasn't anything over the top. The printed curtain was broken. The floor could use a good carpet cleaning as could the fridge cabinet. Pillows were AWFUL. Completely flat, even when we balled them up.

Safety: Parking lot off main street and was well lit.”

“Food & drinks: Breakfast was horrible. Extremely small selections such as three types of regular oatmeal packets, muffins and fruit granola bars.The muffins were old and dry, and there was nothing to drink but black coffee.”

“If you're going to watch the brewers play or go to a show there, this would be the closest place to stay. Only .5 miles. You can definitely walk it. We took uber there cost us $20 30 minutes after the event had started you'll pay about 30 each way. Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy free breakfast is there if you want it. Staff was very nice. McDonald's and starbucks next door. Downtown only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to.”

“If you're getting your truck worked on, this is THE place to stay. Save yourself an Uber, as it's only a ten minute walk from the dealership. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff goes above and beyond for their guests, and there's a nice sports lounge downstairs you can grab dinner at. You won't find a better place to stay at this price point! To the owners, thank you for your hospitality!”

“We stayed at the Clark Hotel this past weekend (March 2024) and there were TEN windows in our room that faced three sides. For being on a 5-corner street, there was minimal if any noise from the street! The room (room 205) was quite large, clean and the bedding was comfortable. It was steps from restaurants, shops and bars - no need to use the car once we were there. Loved the little historic town.”

“My family (dog included) needed a place to stay during the power outage from the recent winter snowstorm. I made my reservations directly through the hotel (not through a 3rd party), and was able to get a room with double beds. The common areas of the hotel and the room were nice & clean, and the food was very good. But what was exceptional to me, was the quality of service received. This was at a time in which they could’ve taken advantage of those in need, but I was met with kindness & compassion instead. They waved my dog fee due to the circumstances of the storm, and allowed me to checkout early with no penalties when my power came back on earlier than anticipated. They were so accommodating & the staff was amazing! This was my first time staying there, & it will definitely be the first place that I recommend to those looking for a hotel in the area! A great place & wonderful people!”

“I travel often so staying in hotels is normal for me. This hotel is fantastic, great size rooms, gym is great, the only thing I would complain about is the lounge. The breakfast, snacks are not good. If they improve this I would say this would help one of the best hotels I have stayed at.Food & drinks: Lounge needs better options”

“We had a quick overnight stay at Tru. I booked our room through a 3rd party site and realized a couple weeks later that I was double charged by Hilton as well. When I called, I went directly to Rob, the general manager. I was met with true concern and him wanting to make right this situation asap. I’m very pleased with how fast it was handled and the refund sent back to us.As for the stay, the rooms are simple but decorated so fun. It reminded me of all my hostel stays when I backpacked through Europe. Modern, artistic, functional, and clean!There was also a point when I needed a few feminine hygiene products, and the woman at the front desk handed me a handful and let me know if I needed any more, that the main public restrooms near the lobby also were stocked with baskets full of tampons/pads. Very thoughtful and convenient. I didn’t get the chance to have much of breakfast before we had to leave in the morning, but the breakfast bar looked really nice!”

“We stayed at the Brookfield, WI location for three nights. It was a great experience from the moment we arrived. The digital key made it extremely easy to get checked in. The suite was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. Hot breakfasts were a very nice perk. The hot tub was excellent! What stood out for me the most was the staff - everyone was so very friendly and accommodating! Rose, Holly, and Hilaria were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great customer service! ? I will definitely stay again the next time we're in town!”

“Relatively large, with all sorts of conference space and an on-site restaurant. Clean and quiet. There's a bit of construction so take care while entering. Friendly staff. Can also be a little tight in parking but not terrible.

Rooms: Decently sized and appointed rooms. Clean and comfortable.

Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and food right next door if you want it.”

“We used Ingleside for a wedding block of rooms. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We also used the Hospitality Suite for our wedding party to get ready in and I highly recommend it!!!! It's a large room with 2 adjoining hotel rooms. My husband and I had 1 room and our best man had the other room, so it was awesome to be able to flow between all 3 rooms as we were getting ready that morning. I wish I had more pictures of the space, but there was a kitchenette, bathroom, large table with chairs, and couches in the room so it ended up being the perfect hub for our party to come and go all morning as they wanted to stop by for a snack or if it was the girls turn to get their hair done. The Ingleside is a beautiful facility that made for very nice getting ready pictures before we left for the church. The only area I think could have improved would be staffing. It was extremely busy during check in and our guests stood in line for quite awhile to get checked in, and some of the rooms weren't ready. The breakfast buffet also seemed under staffed and the server seemed overwhelmed. For context, our wedding was over New Years weekend, which I know is a busy season for the waterpark so I'm sure they had extra guests that week. They should staff accordingly during those times to keep up with the extra guests. Overall, I would still book there again and really loved the Hospitality Suite for our wedding party.”

“Absolutely lovely hotel. I stayed here once before, and forgot to review. Very nice and clean. Checkin was quick and efficient. Close to tons of restaurants and shops.”

“The receptionist was very professional and was very helpful in dealing with our mistake. This was one of those life happens trips that needed to be made on the fly. We budgeted our trip down to the dollar, shame on me for no wiggle room. However for the first time ever we ran into a problem, being that there would be a deposit we would have to make. Most of this trip was prepaid, we even had food with us budgeted down to the penny. We tried to work it out with Priceline first, would not be an issue if they mentioned this. We talked to customer service and the manager. This led to us being told our money was nonrefundable and there was nothing they could do.The receptionist helped us with the dilemma even tho she did not need to. It's nice to know there are still good people in this world.Thank you so much for going above and beyond.Rooms: The rooms are very clean and accommodating. All the accommodating bits were stocked. Shampoo and conditioner along with the cutest little dove bar. Plenty of towels were supplied in the room and bathroom. Our own kitchenette setup with everything plugged in ready for use. A coffee station reg/dec in the personal cup brewer. Sugar/Splenda/creamer setup with the stir sticks were stocked. The room had a desk area along with the free Wi-Fi makes this a perfect quiet spot if you needed to get away for work.The entryway be well equipped for wheelchair accessibility. The bathrooms are spacious enough maneuvering wouldn't be a problem. Hallways are more than wide enough, and the room doors wouldn't be a problem. In our room we had the two queen size beds, there would be no issues getting to any spot in the room.”

“Conveniently located, friendly reception staff amd very responsive to needs. My first night was cold due to a bad functioning heat/ac unit. When I mentioned it, they had actually replaced the whole unit while I was out at my conference.
