It was my pleasure to have David & Sally Hanson as my very honest and sincere
Realtors during the recent sale of a duplex I had as investment property for years.
I welcomed their guidance in preparing the property for sale from preparing
the property for sale from cleaning and painting to doing their due diligence
In foreseeing any issues that may arise in the condition of the property. They quickly supplied the
Resources to truly put my “best property forward.” They are not the “put the sign in the yard
And the listing on MLS” agents. Above and beyond in both market knowledge and
marketing…getting the best price in the least possible time with a very well qualified buyer. I
never worried about anything being done other than with the highest degree of professionalism.
Hire the Hansons ? Absolutely ! I am now their number one cheerleader for ALL things real estate !

I have worked with Sally and David off and on for 6 years. They helped me buy my first family home in Waukesha when the market was incredibly tight. They organized 10-15 showings, held my hand through the inspection process, and made recommendations in terms of which requests following the inspection were reasonable. And that was just the first home!
Flash forward 2 years and they were there for me again. I was looking to move towards Sturtevant with my fiancé into our forever home to start and raise a family. They coordinated the multiple tours, gave us recommendations on the areas and schools. We found the home we wanted but were told the roof was in such need of repair/replacement that it would be uninsurable until that was taken care of. They helped us negotiate the cost of the new roof into the contract and set us up with a reputable contractor to complete the replacement the week we took ownership.
I cannot recommend these two professionals enough. They are supportive, ask the right questions, and help with the whole process-including things you may not even think of, especially as I first time home buyer. While I hope to live in our current home until retirement, if we ever needed to move, I would work with Sally and David again without hesitation to help us look to sell our current home. These 2 are great!

Sally and David are incredibly patient and really listened to what my son and I were looking for in our first home. They helped me sell a house after a divorce and searched for a new home for me when I was ready. They walked me through every step of the process and truly treated me like family, even celebrated with me when my offer was accepted. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house, they will work with you to find your dream home and will answer any and all questions you may have!

A trusted friend of mine who had bought a house with the Hansons, introduced me to Sally & David. We not only bought the house they helped find a lender for financing . They also worked with us on remodeling and refinancing. Avid has a wonderful background in construction. They continue to help us when we need help with projects and replacements for things in our business property. We look forward to working with them again soon when w buy another property. I have known Sally and David for years. They sold our house quickly in 2011 when nothing was moving in the housing market and found us the home I love to this day. We referred them to our children who also benefited from their expertise. Two years ago they sold my son’s house in Wauwatosa and worked non stop to get them numerous offers over the asking price. Because the market was so competitive they had to show them numerous houses, but fairly quickly found them a beautiful home in Waukesha. Sally and David know the real estate business!
