Had an amazing experience at the Costco tire center this week. I had a wonderful man helping me with everything I needed. He was very kind. During our conversation he almost hit me with his chin like 20 times due to it being so unbelievably big. Overall 5 stars for my experience and will be coming back again.

I had a great experience at the tire center and everything was done efficiently and correctly! My only complaint was that one of the guys had an enormous chin and he hit my car a couple of times with it.

I will start by saying the tire staff is great and the price of my tires after discount was awesome. My huge complaint was the wait time. I had appointment scheduled at 2pm. I arrive at 145 to drop off, lady taking my truck said 1.5 to 2 hours and it will be done. So I do some shopping and eat at food court. I didn't leave costco tire center with my truck until 6! It took them 4 hours to install my tires! Manager did apologize for the long wait but gave no explanation to why it took 4 hours to install 4 new tires. I was really expecting alot better experience.

Do not trust their other services. I went through them for a bathroom remodel with Tundraland and I went with a higher quote for an extra panel, they were not able to do that and still charged me for the higher price. They also said it would take a day, maybe a day and a half but they did not finish for over a week so I could not use my shower for 8 days. They were not very organized and did not communicate with each other on what was left to do. Definitely do not trust them and check other places as well if you want to use their other services they offer

I generally like Costco and have always had good experiences there. This time, however, things were a little different. My wife needed a new set of tires put on her car, so we decided to buy them at Costco and have them put on there as well. When we first arrived at the tire center, there was no one as the desk. I found out that this was not at all unusual. Making it worse is that there was no way to alert anyone that we were waiting. The person who waited on us was polite and friendly, and the tires we purchased were reasonably priced. There was no charge for the installation either, which was terrific. Later that afternoon my wife picked up her car and on the way home, 2 of her wheel covers flew off. We never did find them. The remaining 2 were put on incorrectly and I was amazed they didn't fly off too. We never did find the ones that fell off. The following day we went back to Costco and complained. They told us we could buy a new set and bring in the receipt and they would reimburse us, which they did. We did not, however, get any compensation for all the time we spent making the return trip to complain, the time we spent getting a new set of wheel covers, or the time we spent going back a third time to get reimbursed. I would expect more from a company the size of Costco.

Had a little friend date night on Friday night that was filled with wandering around Costco, shopping for the house, snagging some groceries, and munching on a few snacks. I always love the service here! All of the employees are super sweet and helpful. The store is always spotless and very organized. We got chocolate covered strawberries for $1.50 a piece! What a deal! Best and cleanest Costco around

My new tires are awesome. I had a sensor that didn’t work after they were installed. I took my car back to get it fixed and they charged me for not one but two. When they called to tell me my car was done they never asked if they should fix them. I complained to say that they are the ones that broke the sensor when they installed my tires so they should be covering them. They were $45/sensor. In the end they ended up taking care of the cost but I had to really complain and state my case about not paying and they needed to cover it.

The store is great. But the prices are bad, $10 for cereal come on now. Right as you walk in, you see a cute little snack shop that is nice.

I want to start by saying the staff at this tire center were incredibly helpful and kind. I had four tires installed on new years eve. I was told it would be an hour wait. That turned into a two hour wait of me wandering around Costco. I understand that things happen, and it was incredibly busy. After not reciving a call that my tires were installed I checked in with the staff, turns out my car was finished and I was never called. On the drive home my car started shaking violently on the freeway, to the point where I was very concerned for the safety of those driving around me, and myself. I was able to exit and keep the car under 50mph (the shaking stops under 50) when I got home I checked each lug nut by hand and found two lug nuts were easily able to be hand tightened. I called Costco tire center the next day that they were open. The manager was very apologetic and polite. He set up an appointment for me to come in at 3:30 and said that the issue was most likely that the tires were not balanced properly and should take 20-30 minutes. Fast forward to 3:30 and I am told that the appointment will take an hour, not the time frame I was quoted earlier. At this point I'm frustrated, but I can tell that the tire center is very understaffed, and these guys are doing there best. I wander around Costco for an hour and a half with no call. I ask them if my car is ready, and I'm told it will be an additional 30 minutes. At this point I have paid over $800 to nearly loose control on the freeway, and to have 4 hours of my week spent wandering around Costco. The moral of this review is that Cosco does not provide the funding/support their staff needs to provide services within the timeframes they promise let alone provide services that are safe for you and your family. If you want tires that are installed safely and within a promised time frame, you may want to consider going elsewhere.

Bought 2 new tires here two years ago. Then bought 2 more and went in to have them put on, they tell me that I need to buy 4 because I have an AWD car. I explained that I bought 2 here before (never mentioned anything about buying 4) and they made me wait 25 minutes before explaining that I should have bought 4 initially two years ago. Didn’t offer anything for their mistake. Absolute scam! Will definitely be going elsewhere.

Costco Tire Center in New Berlin did a phenomenal job replacing my tires. As a costco member, I was able to order my tires right through their website at a discounted cost (about $150 cheaper than any other place after their sale). As a result of ordering through them, my installation was free. The tires were scheduled to arrive in 10 days. However, they came within 2. I was able to move up my service appointment date as well with little to no trouble. Due to high demand, the center is currently working round the clock to get work done, and their employees are working hard at 4am. They offered me an early morning appointment slot to honor my request of an earlier appointment (otherwise it would have been well into January).I appreciate their dedication and hard work. My tires were installed well within the estimated window and I will definitely be back in the future. Also...you can't beat their warranty!

This review applies to both Pewaukee and New Berlin tire centers. So about a year ago I set up an appointment to get nitrogen filled tires, a pretty simple straight forward job. Or so I thought. They first wanted to charge me to put on tpms sensors because it was required by their tire center. Then while taking off my tires they crossed threaded the wheel studs. So I had to rent a U-Haul trailer to take it home to repair the wheel studs on the one wheel. As for the New Berlin tire center. We took my girlfriend’s car there because she had a flat tire and it turned out she had a nail in the side wall and they installed the spare which was great and all. However they left a message stating that as well as the battery being dead. Upon arriving to pick up a new battery and purchase some new tires. We found my girlfriend’s car with the passenger window down, and a large tear on her passenger seat. We were LIVID. Plus taking her car to her appointment we found out the next morning they never installed the tires because they ordered the wrong size. Needless to say we didn’t get tires installed there we decided to accept defeat on such a simple job and take our business elsewhere.Costco is great for many things I love getting stuff at Costco but we will never go to Costco tire center ever again. I would not suggest family or friends to go to Costco to get their tires done and I put this review out there as a warning.
