The woman that helped me was genuinely friendly and kind. She engaged me in talking. I was having a not so great day and just by her being herself it made my day a little brighter. Geniune customer service that is rare to find these days!

I had an issue with renewing my fed/med card. They were able to give me the paperwork that needed to be completed by my doctor. When I returned, they took me right away and completed my examination.
