Companion Animal Hospital has been amazing for my dog. They really came through for us when we were going through a tough time. Every time we go in for a visit, it feels like the staff honestly cares about her and her well-being. They’re kind and patient. We won’t go to any other vet!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
I have been taking both my cats here for over the past 2 years that I’ve had them. If your pet has no medical concerns, this place may be a safe bet. I did not encounter any problems just taking them in for their vaccinations. However, when one of my cats started having respiratory problems, I had them run some labs and testing on her to see what the problem was.
It took about a week after her appointment to get the lab results, okay, that’s fine.. they probably needed to send them in elsewhere to get the results and more information. After I got the results, I was emailing with the receptionist to figure out what their pricing on an inhaler was, there was DAYS in between each response to my emails, eventually I asked for a written prescription to get her an inhaler elsewhere. A WRITTEN prescription, nothing having needed to be ordered or wait too long for. It took all of 2 weeks after asking for that to finally receive a text saying that her prescription script was ready for pickup. Within the two weeks I had called and left voicemails asking on the status of her prescription, none of which had gotten a response.
In total, it took about a month from the day of her appointment to finally get a WRITTEN prescription. I have seen many different doctors myself, and have always gotten my prescriptions written for whatever meds I needed same day of my appointment.
When I went in to pick up the scripts, I asked for a copy of both of my cat’s vet records to be sent to me as I would like to change vets after this experience. They said they would send it over to me by the next day, I still have not received something that once again should have been such a simple thing to do.
As a first time pet owner, being only 20 years old, even I know this place is terribly unprofessional, unorganized, and does not give a ratsass about your pet. Like many other vets, this is yet another place that is leeching off of anyone they can just to make a buck, not caring at all about the actual well being of your pet. Luckily my mom has a good vet where she has been taking both of our dogs to for the past 10 years, where I will now my taking my cats.

I just rescued two cats from a hoarder house and took them for check-ups. Turned out one needed a closed pyometra surgery asap. They rearranged their whole schedule the next day to fit in this emergency surgery. From the front desk staff, to the technicians, and vets, everyone at Companion Animal Hospital seems to care deeply about the animals that come in. Prices are fair. The kindness and caring they bring to their work makes this place special.

Dr. Jenny is very nice as are the other ladies at the clinic. Every question I asked was answered easily and knowledgeably. I wouldn't hesitate to take my 12 yr old GSD to Dr. Jenny next time she develops an issue.

We have been taking our dog to Companion Animal Hospital for several years now and couldn't be more pleased with all of our experiences. Our dog has had her fair share of health ailments and Companion doctors and staff have been amazing! Everyone is always so welcoming and willing to take the time with us and our dog. It is evident that they genuinely care about people and their pets!

They gave my dog a shot of Librela while having she was experiencing a vestibular attack. Clearly states this drug is not to be given to dogs experiencing neurological symptoms as she was. She starting going lame in hind quarters a week or so after shot. They refuse to give me transcripts for the visit. They record visits. All about the upsells! They don't appear to care at all for our furry friends. I have reported them to the vetinary board for this malpractice (as I see it).
