Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. “We had been to multiple dress stores to find a prom dress for my daughter. Other shops were understaffed and rude and way overpriced for pre owned dresses. Windsor came highly recommended by a friend . The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was organized and clean! My daughter got a dress we love and it fits her perfectly, shoes and her necklace and earrings for $265!! At a resale shop we almost settled with a gown that would have needed altering in several places,costing $450 for a pre owned dress!! There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back to purchase more dresses and gowns in the future!”

“I haven’t been to Marcus since I was a child. Stopped in this week for furniture and honestly the staff was great! Everyone on the floor greeted us, was friendly, helpful and professional. The men in the furniture department were exceptional. The store was well organized and employees close by in case I needed any help.I purchased furniture/delivery. Although my delivery wasn’t made on the day as expected the department did call the very next morning and explained what happened. Things can’t always go as planned but communication is always appreciated.”
