I am not pleased with the management or the teachers at this center. My daughter got injured on her face at the daycare, and apparently no one noticed and no one knows what happened to her. It was dad noticed when he picked up her from the daycare. Called the center to ask what happened and they said they will investigate. Still don’t know what happened to her. 3 months later, my daughter still have a very noticeable scar on her face.
Switched a daycare and I can tell from the first week of switching that my daughter is so much happier.

We are a relatively new family to Children of America but so far have had a great experience.
Ms. Dannie and Ms. Liz in the infant room have been super accommodating. Our daughter is in Physical and Occupational therapy and the teachers are great partners in helping with her care.
Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Carley in the Twos room have also been wonderful. They have helped make the new daycare transition for our son very easy.

We love the COA New Berlin Fam! No matter what kind of morning we are having, Ms. Lauren, Ms. Lisa and Ms. Missie are ready to meet us where we are and give us all the love and support! My little then makes his way to the classroom, but it is not uncommon that he needs stop and check in on some of his other favorites like Ms. Megan, Ms. Lisa, Ms. Caitlin and Ms. Carley. When he gets to his room, Ms. Meka and Ms. Becka are always there to greet him with a hug and get ready for a fun day of learning and playing! When the day is done and it’s time to go home, some days it takes us a while to actually leave because he is not ready to leave his “tribe” of best friends. It is so comforting that he feels loved, safe and supported while we have to be away. Thank you COA New Berlin!!

Children of America (COA) is a fantastic place. My daughter loves every minute she spends there. She started in the infant rooms and spent the first four years of her life growing and learning. The teachers often went above and beyond to show their love and care for her and they more than prepared her for school beyond COA. Now in kindergarten at one of our local elementary schools, she still goes to COA for before and after school care and still loves it. (COA even buses her to and from school when my wife or I can’t drop her off or pick her up!) She participated in their summer camp program last summer and can’t wait to do it again this summer. I cannot recommend COA enough.

This center has been a life saver and a game changer when it comes to the safety and education for my daughter.
Words cannot express how wonderful Ms. Carley and Ms. Lindsey, in the twos room, are and the management team (Ms. Missie, Ms. Lauren and Ms. Lisa) has been so kind and welcoming.
Would 10/10 recommend this center to anyone and everyone.

Worst three months ever my child ever experienced. My child still suffering from their treatment and doesn’t like to go to any public place and scare of adult people . The office and the teachers are not friendly and most likely they are raciest. I am going to the court for to do a claim and this daycare should be close and not in education and care business. I have videos how she hardly pull my son from his head and let him fall down The video show the situation more clearly and show it to my lawyer . And also another video how the teacher sit in the chair and put them time for 30 min out in the wall where they are 2 years old .

Children of America New Berlin is exceptional. They prioritize each child's unique needs, offer flexible approaches, maintain clear communication, and their staff works seamlessly as a team. Highly recommended for parents seeking top-notch childcare.

My son went here for one week and got COVID. I was told by the daycare they would inform the other parents but they didn’t. They told me he could’ve gotten it from somewhere else. A week later, I was told “they forgot” to inform the parents of my son’s COVID but they went and informed them of another child’s case of hand, foot, and mouth, and posted other daily updates. Two weeks later once my son was feeling better, I called about my concern of the other parents not being aware of a COVID case. I was told they are not going to tell the parents because it had been two weeks now. I was highly disappointed in this. This was my first time being a mom and trying out childcare. I also noticed a baby there in the same room as my son, but a couple years older with huge dry and wet snot stuck on his face and mouth. He was clearly really sick. No one said anything or did anything to send him home and stop him from being around other people’s children. I even noticed a caregiver letting a used pacifier sit on the floor for a long time while talking to me, but then picking it up and putting it back into the 2 month old baby’s mouth. I did report this as well. Another caregiver was too rough with the baby’s changes, and my son got a really bad viral rash that lasted a long time after he was no longer there. I was told she changed him 6 times before he was sent home when I found out about his COVID. My child only attended 6 days before I realized the company was more interested in making more money for the business than actually caring for the children there or informing the parents of things that are paying to trust their little ones with them. I went here because of them having video cameras in the room where you can log-in to see your kids when you’re away. After leaving, I took my son to an in-home daycare with ladies that were awesome and I never had any problems! I would not refer Children of America New Berlin. I actually wouldn’t refer any of the locations because of my experience with this one. Thankfully, my son recovered well and is healthy today. He was only 4 months old at the time, and I found the service here to be horrible. After my complaints, they still said I can come back at any time. Just money hungry. I was also getting charged extra money per week that I was told would be refunded but never was. ?? Oh, and picking my son up one of the days, I noticed a teacher screaming at a kid outside. I was taught to be gentle with kids. I didn’t think that was very cool, no matter what the problem was. They should’ve talked to the parents about it. I wouldn’t appreciate my son coming home one day telling me his teacher was screaming at him in front of everyone. As parents, we need a place we can trust and it can be hard. The pricier ones aren’t always the best option.SN: The same week of my son being there, we were all notified of someone having their items stolen out of their car in the parking lot. But there were no cameras to catch the culprit. All in the 6 days!

With both my wife and myself working, daycare was a must. We didn't want a place to just watch our child while we were at work; we wanted a place that could help them develop as well as have fun. From going to COA-New Berlin for 18 months now, it still amazes me to this day with how fast our child is developing. From learning sign language, shapes, colors, and words, it seems like every week there is something new that our child will do that will surprise us. We are greatly appreciative of the staff at COA-New Berlin and the care and attention they give our child and would recommend COA-New Berlin to anyone.

This school is amazing. My son loves going to school every day. I know when I drop him off in the morning I'm greeted by Mrs. Missie with a smile and a good morning or a good evening and when I drop him off at his class I know that he is going to have fun and learn new things. The fact that they focus on healthy eating and physical fitness is awesome for all the kids. When I pick him up in the evening he tells me all about what he has learned. I enjoy the fact that they have Always Close By so I can check in on my son during the day. I refer all my friends and family to Children of America.

I love COA New Berlin! My daughter started there when she was 2 months old and is now in the Two's room! She loves coming to school every day and is always excited to see her teachers. Miss Jenny and Teacher Sam are the absolute best. They are always happy to see her, give her plenty of snuggles, and fill every moment with teachable opportunities. Miss Jenny and Teacher Sam take so many pictures I feel as though I got to spend the whole day with her. That feeling makes leaving her in the mornings a little bit easier. I know she is well loved at COA.

We have really enjoyed growing with COA in New Berlin. Ms Evelyn and then Ms. Gabby stepped in, created an amazing and welcoming environment for my kiddo from beginning to end. I was nervous to transition into a new daycare but they heard the needs of my child, followed her care plan, and really helped reassure me along with Ms. Danielle that my feelings and worries coming in were validated. When my minion transitioned into Ms. Lauren's and Ms. Dana's room, it couldn't have gone any smoother. They've been incredibly warm, welcoming and extremely communicative. I really appreciate the transparency and how much their passion for children shows all of the time and that it never waivers. I also appreciate the detailed reports and pictures through the app that they use to communicate with parents, and am very impressed with how clean and organized the center is along with how friendly the staff is collectively. We will never choose another daycare. Thanks for all you guys do!!!
