“The coffee machine wasn’t working, and I was going to skip it. The cashier asked me to come back to the machine and tried making me a coffee. Even though the machine didn’t work, she let me get another beverage on the house. Much appreciated!”
“Just went through and it wasn't working but management was there and was able to get me in to the other side at no additional charge which was a bit unexpected. This place is usually my go to for a car wash and I'll be coming back.”
