I have using CQ Nails for years. The staff is friendly. They do a great job.
Cleanliness: The salon has had a remodel very recently. New pedicure chairs, etc.

Tima did my nails! I wanted a French tips so my nails can look nice and fine but instead, they look The opposite. The line of the French tip is not the same Straight the shape of my nails is Horrible . I ma really really disappointed in this service. I will never come here again and they were very expensive For the poor service that they provide. I have no words to describe how disappointed I am at this place. And they didn’t even try to Fix them when I told them that they’re not straight.

May 2023 I had service before and I had a wonderful experience mind you I live in Milwaukee so I drove 13 miles to come to this nail salon, but July 2, 2023 I had a bad experience. I made appointment for 3 I wasn't asked what pedicure service I wanted, he did't want to cut my toe nail down like I wanted until I told him the lady in may did cut it down I received an rush job. I did not get the same service I received in May so I will not be coming back again and I brought 2 more people thinking I would get a good service. I would understand if I had no appointment but I did make an appointment and I drove to far for that. The other two I brought were very disappointed too.

First time at this nail salon for a pedicure. Clean and professional nail techs. Very nice atmosphere, made me feel so relaxed. The leg and foot scrubs are amazing. Had a great experience and will be back again

Literally horrific quality at this salon. Went in for a full set of dip nails. Asked for coffin shape, received this. The tech asked me to pay before she finished. Used too wide of tips and completely failed at shaping. Nails are misshapen and mismatched. $53 bucks and the owner did the top coat, because the tech didn’t have time to finish and she didn’t even offer to fix them. DON’T GO HERE, go quite literally anywhere else.

Won’t be back. It was way too quick, said it included callous remover, she didn’t do that even after I asked (language barrier) and my feet are DRY after, like couldn’t tell moisturizer was even used.Service: Pedicures
