Noelle was extremely helpful, attentive, and objective when educating us on softball equipment and gear. The store can be intimidating if you’re not comfortable in that environment. Noelle and the other team members did a great job of making my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed as she tried out new bats and gloves. We purchase both and will definitely continue to come back.

Rented the back room next to the batting cages when our softball practice got rained out. Really reasonable price, nice facility.

Had a great experience w Burghardt today. My 5 yr old daughter's elementary school had shirts made for an end of year fun thing, with each class having a different color shirt. Unfortunately I'm an idiot and ordered the wrong color, and only learned when my 5 year old was given her wrong-colored shirt at school (she was devastated!). The school didn't have any left, so I called Burghardt (who had made the order for the school) and they not only replaced it but rushed the order so we would have it in time for her "Spring Sing" day.
In an unrelated topic, I am a board member for an amateur sport league in Mke, and we buy much of our for-sale merchandise (t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts) plus field paint and other supplies from Burghardt. They've been great partners and i was happy to be treated so well today as an individual not a group customer (they did not know i had a business account with them when they fixed my personal situation.)

it's a really nice place! clean & friendly. a dollar more per round than the other places further west, but it's open during rain & less of a drive.
my only critical complaint is the speed of pace in the batting cages. - you only get about 3 seconds after contact, before the next pitch is on its way. MUCH faster than other cages.
it's really not even enough time to set properly or breathe. - & being that rushed, personally I feel; throws off form to the point where you're kinda just swinging a bat, as a blurry cardio/strength workout. instead of full productive cage work.
I leave feeling much less accomplished, compared to other cages. & probably will have to switch to swinging at every other pitch, (which cuts the value in half).
