“Great experience bringing my vehicle to Caliber Collision in New Berlin. I had exterior damage to my car after an attempted break in, and I was easily able to work with my insurance company and Caliber to help process the claim. The repairs were done within one week (much faster than anticipated), and Don kept me informed on updates every step of the repair process. My car was cleaned (both interior and exterior) when I picked it up, and looked brand new. I was able to leave my rental car and keys at Caliber once my repairs were complete, to save me another trip. Caliber did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any car repairs.”

“I needed an emissions test - when I arrived a gentleman came out to tell me to park (as I pulled in and was clueless about this location's process) and walk up to the office to be queued into the line. I provided him my keys and waited.
It's first come, first serve but when I called their phone number I was glad they provided the hours of emission testing on their phone prompts (thank you for offering testing on Saturday!).”
