James was easy to work with and prompt with responses to questions I had and getting an estimate for my Junk Removal. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other places I looked. After I ok'd the estimate he was able to get here in 20 mins which was amazing, I wasn't expecting same day service. Professional and Respectful, would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely used his services in the future. Thank you James!

So I was in a bind selling my house and needed to re-do my fence/patio it was removed with in a days and james and his co-workers finished quickly for a good price. I was very pleased.

JC and his team were GREAT to work with! I called him in the morning and my construction debris was removed a couple hours later at a very reasonable price. This was something I had been working with Waste Managment to do for the past three weeks and all I got from them was a bill and headaches. I would deffinately endorse Blodgett Property Managment and will use them again if needed. Thank you, JC and team!
