That’s why I was shocked when at my last oil change, in addition to the fee for service, I got estimates for $2000.00 worth of work. I had exterior damage to my car after an attempted break in, and I was easily able to work with my insurance company and Caliber to help process the claim. The repairs were done within one week (much faster than anticipated), and Don kept me informed on updates every step of the repair process. My car was cleaned (both interior and exterior) when I picked it up, and looked brand new. I was able to leave my rental car and keys at Caliber once my repairs were complete, to save me another trip. I first called to see if they had the mugen taillights available, not only the person I spoke to was very professional but to my luck, they had only 6 left in stock.I quickly purchased the taillights, literally the next day they shipped out the item..informed me through text and email. “I needed an emissions test - when I arrived a gentleman came out to tell me to park (as I pulled in and was clueless about this location's process) and walk up to the office to be queued into the line. I provided him my keys and waited.
It's first come, first serve but when I called their phone number I was glad they provided the hours of emission testing on their phone prompts (thank you for offering testing on Saturday!).”

“I went in with my dog for an oil change, they were so kind to her. They were super kind to me and didn’t hassle me for things I didn’t need after asking me. Usually places have an issue with my skid plate but they didn’t, so I will for sure be coming back here.”
“My appointment was at 10 and they got right at looking at my car at 10. Most Firestone you still have to wait hours with an appointment before getting your car looked at. Ben, Bill, or Bob was very proactive and had great customer service. He was very honest on what need to be done with my car and went out his way to help me with another problem with my car. I found my new Firestone will be returning.”
