Atos has been serving my husband for nearly 2 years. The supplies always come promptly, and the order is always complete. The supplies have helped him continue to communicate with others Since his voice box was removed. The representative who help us with our orders are helpful, efficient and check in with us every month

Terrible company! I had set up payment arrangements with them and when my Social Security payment wasn't in when they tried to take my payment they sent me an email telling me their payment request failed! At 3:45am they sent the email! My Social Security payment was in when I got up at 7:30am. Then, knowing I can't talk, leave me only calling them to resolve. Then they call my friend demanding their money in the afternoon! I have no control on when my Social Security posts and these geniuses don't think maybe we should try running it again! Uncaring and money hungry is all I can say about them. They should not be dealing with people with horrible medical issues!

I was getting supplies from atos that I thought were totally covered by ins . After many years they tell me my secondary ins is out of there network . And now are trying to bill me for the balances. Just got a bill dated for a order from January of 2021 . Please make sure you check this . Very frustrating.

My husband had his voice box removed 6 years ago. The products were very good at first. Now Voice Prothesis are NOT lasting. We had one years ago last 5 months.Now they last one or two months if we're lucky. We're headed back in to Speech Dept AGAIN today. This one was THREE WEEKS!!!! Beginning to wonder if it's all about the $$$$. We had a Lary TUBE DEFECTIVE but they don't care. Waiting on a new one that of Course we'll be charged for again!!!! We wonder why our Insurance prices Are So HIGH!!!Not many company's to get these products from out there!!!

they got the supply order wrong and are telling me the calls are recorded and its what i ordered i can return them for a exchange and that would change my order date leaving no choice but to use the wrong laryngectomy supplies for the next 30 days horrible !!!!

Changed the person taking our monthly orders, new person has no clue what they are doing,, starting to be a pain in my ***.People's life depends on you guys, you got to know how to read people's information and get them their supplies on time !!!!!!

We have a wonderful rep. She is always on top of things. She has helped me every step of the way with my mom's total larengectomy. Amazing customer service. I will definitely always call on her. Atos should reward her. I can only imagine how hard it really is working through red tape and insurance companies. THANK YOU KIMBERLY!!!YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

My husband had his laryngectomy 5 years ago. We were introduced to ATOS and in the beginning, they were wonderful. Now they stink! I have left numerous emails and phone calls, requesting a call back and no-body ever does. The only time we hear from someone, is when they call wanting to know if he needs more supplies. They do not work with my husband's insurance or Medicare, leaving us to file claims to try to get re-reimbursement. I am in the process of trying to find another provider. I would like to see upper management or the CEO of ATOS, put a bag over their nose and mouth and try to breath, or cough, gag & hack, because they have gotten some kind of particle down their windpipe. It is hard enough to cope with the challenges of having a laryngectomy. We do not need the added pressure of trying to get his supplies in a timely fashion!

Have had a great response on all issues I've had with my LARYNGECTOMEE. I had this in August OF 2015The staff has been very friendly and helpful.

A sales rep from this co. harassed me trying to sell me supplies after my husband's total larengectomey. I had to block her. Now when I try to order supplies, my calls transferred four times, they accidentally hang up on me, and charge me twelve dollars for a plug for my husband's voice prostheses. That is the 20% copay. Just ridiculous.

prices on the supplies are way too high. Reps tell you medicare will cover. Well certainly not the 80% you are expecting. 32% only. Think this company is taking advantage of people who need supplies to survive. They are making obscene amounts of money off laryngectomess. the lary tubes they are sending now are flimsy, not the quality of the ones we got in the hospital in late 2017. And the slots for the clips are so poorly made they break off after a short usage.

Horrible experience with Atos. I have been a customer for 5 years and they have always been decent. There is no rewards or breaks given although I spend hundreds every month. I ordered supplies 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. First it was the computer system, then my rep was no longer with the company. No one reached out to me and I sent emails and phone calls. Called and spoke to a manager who assured me he would personally handle my order and over night it. When I emailed to say I had not received the order I got an an email saying it was his mistake and I would be waiting another 4 days for my supplies. Horrible
