Have had around 20-25 balls drilled by Dwight, and still currently get my equipment drilled from him. Always has an amazing fit with each and every ball and always is willing to explain specifics of any aspect of the game. Also, the tips and tricks that he gives are worth a lifetime. Currently hold a 205 average and I owe it mostly to him. But I would definitely recommend Albrecht to any bowler of any skill level.

Just went through the process of getting my first ever ball. Dwight took the time to watch me throw a few and then proceeded to give me options on different balls to choose from that would fit my game best. He also did the custom fit that same day. After a short 2 day wait I picked it up on Thursday and couldnt be happier with the combo package I bought. Thank you so much Dwight!! Lifelong customer moving forward!

Dwight is a wealth of knowledge. His bowling insight and ability to get you fitted with what you need is second to none. He took over an hour of his time to carefully explain the fitting process. 11/10 will visit again.

I entered the store looking to buy a smaller ball for my wife. I had picked a ball and was looking for matching shoes and got scolded for touching the merchandise. The clerk was rude and I decided to take my business elsewhere and you should too.

This place was amazing. I've never had someone spend so much time making sure that your ball is set up correctly when drilling. If you've never bowled or are looking for a change an assessment can be done while watching you bowl.

So knowledgeable and willing to share it! It is easy to see that this is more than a business to him, it is his passion! This was a great experience for me. As I am a 63 year old newbie, he explained things on my level without talking down to me, but I also heard him relate to the most sophisticated and knowledgeable bowlers. You won’t find better!

Best pro shop in the area. Great hours. Friendly service. Watches you bowl to get all of the information to get you the best balls and layouts for your game. Great selection. He’s passionate about the art and science of the game. I went to this shop in a pinch and was blown away. The other pro shops in the area don’t come close to this level of service. Whether you are a veteran bowler or just getting introduced to the game, or anywhere in between, this is the place to go.

Dwight is super knowledgeable and very friendly! I've had him drill three balls for me, one purchased from him and two I "carried in" after using an online gift card to purchase the balls. He treated both scenarios the same. His prices are fantastic for products and services. There was really no benefit to buying a the balls online (only that I had a gift card). The time he spent measuring my hand and his knowledge delivered a perfect fit the first time around. Way above par compared to previous work I've had done at other pro shops in the area. Don't waste your time anywhere else. A+++++
