Caliber Collision did an awesome job on my car. The staff was professional. The repair was flawless and they went the extra mile by cleaning and vacuuming the inside of my car. I would recommend them to anybody who asked for an auto repair shop

I was in an accident with an uninsured motorist. I needed to get an estimate so I can pursue the other motorist in small claims court, but I was told caliber collision really only deals with insurance companies.

Love the way that they text me two or three times a week to give me an update of status on what my card is doing and I think that's good customer service

One of the worst experiences I've had dealing with car problems. First they messed up my repairs, when I tried to bring it back to the shop it took 2-3 weeks of calling, and them dodging the situation until they gave me an appointment. Once they finally fixed everything that was wrong with the original repairs (crooked steering wheel, cruise control not working, airbag light on) they give me back the car with a fully flat tire. I'm talking pancaked to the floor, undrivable; and then try to blame it on me, so they don't have to pay to fix it, or for a new tire, even though the car has been with them for almost a week, and was given to them with all tires in proper conditions. At this point I am so frustrated, that I offer to take the cost of the tire if I can just get out of there for once and for all. So all I ask is if they can fill my tire with air so I can make it to the nearest tire shop. They said okay and that they'll actually speak to the manager on the on a near tire shop so they repair it for free. I say great, naively, and go to said tire shop, and they said they spoke with him but are still gonna charge me. So I just go through with it, as I believe my time is worth more than what they'll charge me, and this situation (4 different visits to Caliber over the course of a week) had already taken far too much of it. Never again.

Overall I have to say I am very disappointed. I had gone through Caliber before about a year ago and was singing their praises. I am now detracting that.I hit a deer right before Halloween 2023 and gave my car to Caliber for repairs on 11/7/23.I was never told that updates are only by one specific person only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (I would learn this later but not in a nice way). When I had taken my vehicle into Caliber about a year ago I was not told this is their process, again I was not told the process apparently changed now.Updates, when I did actually receive them by "Katy", were not always consistent nor very informative.Because time was marching on and I still did not have my vehicle and because I did not get an update from "Katy" or whoever is actually texting me I made the mistake of calling and asking for an update. This was a huge mistake.Whoever is at the front desk or is the receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. I never received their name. I asked for an update and was rudely told that only Katy can update me and only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Ok? No one working for your company can give me an update after you've had my vehicle for a month? This was a constant struggle. I would get rouge vague texts from someone telling me "Katy is out sick" or "Katy is not in" so there is no update on my car. Excuse me? How is this acceptable? I would try to text back but would either get no response or again vague responses.I made the mistake of again calling for an update since my Monday, Wednesday, Friday text did not come (they've had my car for over a month at this point) and it was approaching the end of the day.The rude receptionist answered and straight up lied to me telling me that my "text did go through" and she rattled off a vague update in the supposed text. My phone is on me 24/7 I checked again and it was not there. There was no text update. I tried to ask more clarifying questions and her attitude got more and more rude. I'm sorry you've had my car for this long and you're going to give me attitude when I legit need an update of some kind? I never do but I had to hang up on her. The text came the next day meaning they did not send it when they said they did. The text was vague.Another week or so goes by. At this point its the week before Christmas and I still don't know 100% what's happening with my car. Katy is gone I guess? The last update I got from her was on December 8th? Then texts came whenever they did from different people.December 22nd: my car is finally ready to be picked up. I get a text from Don that the emblem for my jeep is in. Cool. Perfect.I go and pick up my jeep. Hmm why are the emblems on the hood of my car a very different electric blue instead of black like they're supposed to be? Why did Don text me that the emblems are in but did not say they were wrong or would be different? Why was this never communicated to me?The front receptionist is not the same woman I've dealt with before. She seems confused as to why blue was ordered instead of black when they had pictures of my jeep. My husband was with me and showed her a picture of how my jeep looked. This caused apparent confusion. Huh why did Don tell me the emblem was in? It was not. I paid my deductible for a car that is not correct. Supposedly the emblems are not available anymore. Ok? Why are you passing off that this is my car and what I had before? Why are you not informing clients of changes? As I was about to drive away I guess Don came up to me to tell me that it may not be possible to get the correct emblem anymore. Ok? So you would have had me drive off with a car that is not correct nor keep me informed? Why did you text me that they were in?This whole thing has been ridiculous. I fully recognize there was an auto strike so things were very delayed. I tried my best to be patient through the process even with Katy going AWOL and not getting updates and when I did the receptionist was very r

Caliber Collision in New Berlin on National Ave rocks! Great staff, excellent communication and a stress free process.First of all, Kim at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get me in right away despite being booked up (whereas other shops had no room nor an ETA for me). She made the process seemless and stress free. You receive frequent texts/emails updating you on the various stages of your repair. You don't feel neglected and always know what's going on with your vehicle. They return your car in a brand new state and even wash and vacuum it!While I hope i never have to return, I'd pick this place/location again 100%.Service: Body & Trim

My repair work was for a hit and run collision. Caliber was a certified provider with my insurance company. Everything was smooth and seamless. I dropped it off, got txt messages with updates 3x a week and the car looked awesome when finished. Katie kept the communication on the progress, the office had all the paperwork ready when I got there and picking it up was super fast when complete.Services: Painting

I have had body work done at Caliber in the past and they did a fabulous job. This review is for another reason. I went into Caliber last Saturday and Katy Pruitt, Service Advisor, was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I stopped at Caliber because I noticed a fastener, that holds the flashing to the bumper on my car, was missing and another was just hanging there not holding anything in place. The shop was not open, but Katy knew the shop had fasteners in stock. She got one and went out in the rain to the parking lot and installed both fasteners. It took her minutes. Caliber Collision has a quality employee, in Katy, who adds value to their business. I had stopped at an automotive shop I used in the past before I went to Caliber and the mechanic who was working that day told me I needed to make an appointment for another day for someone to take care of the fasteners. This is a great example of a buiness like Caliber, who cares about people and a business who does not wish to take a few minutes to help a customer. Thank you Katy!
