“Cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service i received today when i had a flat tire. I am not from the Wautoma area but I was referred to them from a local resident. The woman at the counter showed sincere concern for my situation (was from so far away and had children with me). A young man ended his lunch early and came back to the shop to help. He never acted like I was an inconvenience. There was also another gentleman (husband of the woman at the counter?) who was just as kind and helpful. I can imagine they run into situations like this all the time dealing with vehicles but they treated me with such kindness and decency. Thank you so much and I will be sure to pay the kindness forward!”
