Took my Infiniti here and they did a free estimate and told me what all needed to be fixed. Which I basically knew everything that was wrong so they didn’t do what other places do n tell u that u need way more fixed than you really do!! Took my car to get fixed and I am so happy with the work and the customer service here!!! I will definitely be coming back and will refer everyone to them! Thank you for amazing work.

Been a customer for years. Always liked this place. Ran over a screw today. Quickly drove out to their place before it was flat. Flat out “no”. Guys are out to lunch. I’m okay with that. I’ll wait. Sorry, no time at all today. Air is literally flowing from the tire in their lot and this guy offered nothing. Barely made it with 10 pounds of pressure left to D&D Tire in Hartford. They were friendly, cordial and quick. They were busy. It took fifteen minutes to get it fixed. I have a new tire shop now, and I need two sets of tires this year, so thanks for leaving me literally without help today Rinderle.

Stopped at costco to see about tires was told they are on national back order, stopped here on the way home, got the exact tire costco couldn't and set appoinment for install 10 am the following Friday. Next week I showed up at 10 was on my way by 10:45. The tires are perfect cost was very competetive. Couldn't be happier.

Rinderle is a clean and a comfortable place to wait while your repair/alignment/etc is being done. They are always very busy, so be ready for that, and manage your expectations accordingly. In the past, I have stopped in unannounced when my tires were shaking like crazy because of the snow packed in them. They sprayed them out free of charge. They are always kind, even though that phone rings off the hook. I’m actually there right now getting a tire rotation and balancing. I could live without the country music. LOL

I’ve had brakes, tires and oil changes done here. Brian, the owner, is very friendly and only tells you what you need fixed.
