I'm sure Rome Realty as a whole is great...and previously I had only heard good things...but I'm so disappointed by my experience selling my lake house with Greg. He seemed confused by the process throughout. His lack of communication on a few key issues was really difficult and despite telling him that I'd be at closing and having to tell him when it was several times, he was still surprised i was there. unfortunately I won't be using rome realty for my next lake home purchase.

These folks were fantastic! Al Schmidt knows his stuff and when we went long in closing our house, he kept our seller in Wisconsin informed and we were able to get the house we wanted even though it took over a month. Cindy in the office was also extremely helpful every time I called with questions or wanted more information. Highly recommended!
