Been doing business with them for 4 years 8 to 10 times a year. They have always been a little more expensive then going to Eau Claire or Marshfield but they are local and it save me time so I support them.
Until this last time I brought in 8 tires on rims all but one were good tires. I asked to have one complete set put on the other set of rims and told them if they could sell the other 3 they can keep them and I will take the bad one to dispose myself.
I am told it will take about 30 minutes. 35 minutes later and done. Fast service. Then he gives me a bill for a $147.50. That equates to about $300 per hour for tire service plus they would have sold my 3 good tires for min $35 each or almost $400 an hour.
I will admit I seen red paid took my tires and left. I called back a bit later and he tells me if he would have followed their price schedule he should have charged me $160, but if I have an issue come back and he will make it right.
I told them keep it you showed me who you are and how you do business even with a regular customer.
For perspective I did the exact same thing in Eau Claire the day before but with just 4 wheels and tires and the bill was just over $40. The second set of tires were junk in that case and I kept them to us on equipment because they still held air.

We had a tire blow out on our camper. We were able to put a spare on. We noticed the rest of the tires were also worn out. We called Eagle Tire Center. They were so kind, they were able to get us in right away. The tires were a great price.

Great service at a great price! Bought my Toyota in for service since we're long-distance traveling from New York. They were able to order the specific tire I want in less than a day. When I arrived a bit early for my appointment they serviced my vehicle immediately and the tire was changed in less than half an hour. Probably the best experience at a mechanic I've ever had. Thanks to Danny and all the folks at Eagle!

Went above and beyond to help with a tire issue from 2 years ago. I had received a wrong trailer spare tire and didn't find out until I had to use it of course. They exchanged it and made it right. That's the kind of place that deserves your business.

Got a flat tire on my truck and had no tools to get the spare down. Called the store( roughly 10 miles from the spot where I broke down ) at noon on a Friday. Guy was there in 15 minutes. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes in spite of the trouble my truck presented. Pleasant guy, fairly priced, what more can a guy ask for?

My family and I had a tire get very low while a very long way from home. We made it to RFY just in time to get it patched before it let all the air out of the tire in their driveway. It turns out it was not patchable (expanding leak – too close to the wall). In addition, our doughnut would not be able to get us home as well being so far away. RFY saved the day for us. They took us in at no notice and were able to change the tire (2 actually) and get us back home that day. It turns out our lug-lock key was broken too. They took care of it all. RFY is experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. They earned my 5 stares. Also, i am buying a full size spare.....

Horrible experience. I went in because my rear struts had gone bad. I had to give my name and number four different times. The first time I brought it in they looked at it, and told me they would schedule an appointment for the next day to actually fix it. I brought it in the next day only to find out that nobody had ever scheduled anything. I had to bring in my car over 3 different times. Finally when they had said they fixed it, I took it out for a drive and the rear end would wobble and bounce really hard on ever bump. I took it back and they had realized they completely forgot to align the rear end. Horrible service, there was barely any communication at all, and I will never consider taking my car here again.

What an awesome awesome company! I was told by a mobile service that my $600 tire that's 3 months old couldn't be repaired. People not only repaired it but upon my request they put a tube in it!!! To tell you the truth, if 10 stars were available I would give them 10! 61 is a far cry from 600! Cheers!
