The engine service light came on the truck and we had taken it in to get it scanned and see what the code was and it was a #3 misfire and we had them replace ALL the spark plugs and put a new ignition coil on #3 and we paid $400 to get that done. The light came back on again 2 weeks later and we had taken the truck back to get it scanned again to see what the code was and it said #3 misfire again and had told us that it could be a lifter or a camshaft and that the cylinder head will have to come off and I had asked how much it would cost us and they said it could cost us $2500 depending on what was wrong with it. I didn't feel right about it and thought it was pretty fishy so went to BLA to get 2nd opinion and it said the same #3 misfire and said we probably needed a new ignition coil and I had explained to them that we had the spark plugs replaced and the coil replaced 2 weeks ago. They looked at it and they had found that the problem was THE BOLT WAS NEVER TIGHTENED DOWN AT ALL!! Never going there again. Tried charging us $2500 when it was just a bolt that wasn't tightened down by their own tech. Very disappointed.

Spencer location is where they put "managers" incapable of managing. Kurt is the biggest a** I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The sales guys were both very nice, and I regret not being able to buy from one of them. But after listening to the way that j*** talks to his employees AND customers, I took my business elsewhere (and recommend that everyone do the same).
